Worked with me throughout the process, including my neurotic questions and uncertainties about a roofing project I was thrown into needing by the storm! Scheduled me quickly, did a great job!! And, they were the lowest bid! My homeowners covered it and I am sure my adjuster was shocked when I only wanted the lowest bid. But, getting a good feel for the contractor you select is key in my opinion. Ken instantly gave me a sense of security at our first meeting and built on that through the entire process.
