Super job.

Kris and his team were punctual and very easy to work with. They took down three dying trees, one of them a large old oak, and ground out the stumps in less than a day. They were very careful and did not tear up the lawn, and they removed all of the debris and left everything looking great. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone. And their quote was hundreds less than the next closest quote.

It went great. Arrow was helping our neighbors take down serveral trees. I approached the crew manager and asked if they could assist us. They provide a quote prior to starting the work, took care of tree branches, climbed the tree and cut additional limbs down. They cleared all of the brush and took all of the debris with them. I would hire again and was very pleased with them.

The job went great. Kris was very patient with us since we had to delay twice because other work was being done on the property . When the job actually took place, the crew was polite and professional. They did a great job reducing 2 Japanese cherry trees, which needed trimming badly, and cleaned out the 2 oaks. The cleanup was impeccable. All of the staff have been very flexible and professional. I'd use them again in a flash.

We had 3 large older trees in our back yard to be removed. One was very tall and had extensive carpenter ant damage which made any work very tricky and unsafe. We had received a good review on Arrow Tree Services from a co-worker, but still had 2 other services come in to give us quotes. Arrow was prompt with arriving as scheduled for the quote and they were more reasonable and knowledgeable than the other companies. We also felt comfortable with Kris and his down to earth professionalism. On the day the work was scheduled, the crew arrived on time and were very professional. The work was done quickly and safely. All work was done as agreed and the yard was left clean and in good condition. We should note that we have a small back yard, so we were concerned about getting this work done in a small space, but the Arrow crew is obviously well experienced and had no issues working with very large trees in tight quarters. We have continued to recommend Arrow Tree Services to anyone needing tree removal work, and we will definitely be using Arrow for any work we would need done in the future!

I was having an outdoor party and needed most of the trees attended to prior to the festivities. I sent Kris an email and the next day he came to the house for the estimate. Kris' crew came out 2 days prior to the party and completed the work quickly and safely. The back yard looks great!. Arrow Tree Service has great customer service, they do a terrific job and their employees are respectful and and caring.

2nd time we used Arrow. Time before was in 2011. On time, completed in one day as had been discussed. Will use again. Older equipment, not sure about safety practices, but no one got hurt on either visit. They seem to know what they are doing.

Unbelievable. I called literally 10 other tree services knowing how hard it would be to get someone out to my house and remove the trees because of all the winter problems. 3-4 weeks or more was the standard. I explained we wanted to have a pool done and wanted it done quickly. Most laughed me off. Arrow had a pleasant person answer the phone and seemed genuinely interested in helping. They got out for the estimate within 2 days, and said they could fit me in 2 days later. All of this without the slightest attitude-- all totally pleasant and professional. I will update upon completion, but I had to write this because I was so pleased with the initial service/response.

Service was prompt and reasonable

They did a nice job and did a good job at cleaning up. We even asked them the day of the job to do some additional trees and they did without any hesitation. They had to move some things out of there way and they did move everything back where it should be before they left. Very happy with their service.

Arrow Tree SErvice is a very impressive business that I have used a couple of times. For the amount of work and equipment used this time, the price was almost unbelievable. Kris Haight, owner, is extremely professional and pleasant to work with, and went out of his way to help out as I clean up an older property with trees that are gradually dying off. The process is expensive, so his assistance has been deeply appreciated. His crew is great, too. The job went smoothly from the beginning. The crew got the three big trees stripped, then cut and moved around the house using the crane truck arched over the house. It was amazing to see. Everything else - felling and removal of dead trees, stump grinding and debris removal - went well as well. There were no issues in spite of the scale of the production. Given the amount, I let Kris and crew haul of the trunks and branches. These people are real professionals. I highly recommend them for any kind of tree work.

Everything went like clockwork. These people are really professional and they work hard. Kris has done work for me previously, and continues to amaze me with each job. He's extremely knowledgeable and great to work with.

I called Arrow and left a message expressing interest in having some tree work done on a rental property. Kris called me back in a matter of hours and arranged to come out to look at the job the same day. I was given a number of options for service i.e. top soil, grass seeding, all without any pressure. After accepting the written proposal, we were put on the schedule for the next business day. The crew arrived and completed the work in a quick and efficient manner. They left the site clean, as promised. Even though we had used Arrow some years ago, I thought I would get a bid from another recommended local competitor who had more reports on Angie's list. I never even got called back, which reinforced the great feeling of satisfaction of dealing with Arrow Tree Service. I was very pleased with the communication and attentiveness from this company and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

Called and left message on phone. Quickly heard from Jessica, who is so nice to deal with. Made appointment for Kris to come look over job and give an estimate. Liked that he took time with us and answered all questions. Called Jessica to make appointment to do the job and asked for a copy of their insurance. Had that the next day. Showed up at the time they said they would. Cleaned up everything-and even put some old firewood logs in their chipper for us. No complaints

The men from the tree service arrived on a Saturday and within two hours, had taken down two trees and trimmed 10-12 trees surrounding the house. The men were fastidious about picking up all debris from the job and when they left, no mess was left behind. The team of men were courteous and quite professional and willing to take care of additional problems they noticed while trimming the trees around the house. The team needed to come back later to grind the stump of the tree, because the grinder had been damaged at a previous job that day. The stump was ground a few weeks later, due to the heavy rains in the neighborhood, it could not have been accomplished sooner. Again, there was no mess left behind and we will definitely call Arrow Tree Service in the Spring to continue with more tree trimming and removal.
