Description of Work: Installed a glass shower door. Everything went well until the day of installation. At the last minute, we received a call that they couldn't make it and were given a new installation date two weeks out. That was unacceptable since it was just before Thanksgiving and we had family coming to stay with us. I had to escalate it past the clerk and they did end up coming out on the day promised. | |When they arrived, they were very professional and pleasant. HAD A NEW L-SHAPED DESK THAT NEEDED A GLASS TOP - GAVE THEM A TEMPLATE AND IT FITS PERFECTLY; TWO PIECES THAT REST NEXT TO ONE ANOTHER. THEY HAD MADE THE SUGGESTION THAT IT BE SLIGHTLY TINTED TO NOT GIVE THE GREEN SHIMMERY-NESS THAT YOU SEE ON A PIECE OF CUT GLASS - HIDES BETTER ON THE FURNITURE. ALSO USED THEM TO CUT A VERY BIG SIZE OF PLEXI-GLASS FOR A FRAMED PROJECT. VERY EXACT WITH THE MEASUREMENTS. EMPLOYEES HAVE ALWAYS BEEN VERY HELPFUL.
