Ed Gurley, the owner of Penn State Tree Service, receives an "F" grade from us. He uses his disability to play on your sympathies when he asks for payment advances and always deals in cash. He began working here in September of 2018 and now, in December of 2018, still hasn't finished the job. He asked for a cash advance to pay his men and after we gave it to him, we never saw him again. We phoned him and left dozens of messages but to no avail; the yard work remains unfinished. It upsets me to know that he is still out there manipulating people and making empty promises.

It was good. They were quick. They were doing our neighbors and then I asked them to do ours.
Description of Work: They took 2 trees down and they grinder down a stump.
