Liked having to pick out a new tv.

It was great. It was a very good interest rate. I am very happy with their appliances. They were very professional and responsive. The work was done promptly.

I pay a yearly fee for the appliances. There is one thing I don?t like about them. When you call them for service, it takes about a week to get the service. Then when they come out, they don?t always have the parts with them. Then you need to wait again for another week for the parts. I still use them just because of the convenience. Most service companies are pretty much like them. When my fridge needed a repair, the gentleman who came out had the part with him. So, that was good on that end. My dishwasher had to be repaired about a couple of years ago and I had to wait for three weeks to get the dishwasher repaired. The contract is very nice to have. You can call them out once a year just to go over it to make sure everything is as it should be. So, their contract is a nice feature.

Service was prompt. The mechanics are very honest and their prices are reasonable. They told me that I did not need to replace my tires or brakes. They seem very honest unlike some of the other auto service places that I have visited.
