Sabol masonry repointed my chimney and replaced the top five rows of brick. Ryan came out and gave me a very fair price. He was very professional and had great communication about the work. Couldn’t be happier with how well it turned out. 10/10 would recommend.

We switched to ventless gas logs in our fireplace and vented the hot water tank to the outside. So our chimney needed capped And repointed. Ryan was responsive to all questions. Gave a fair price. Showed up on time. Cleaned up afterwards And was pleasant to work with!

We had a very small but time-sensitive repair needed. Sabol did a terrific job, and I'm so grateful they were able to squeeze us in! Thanks especially to Linda for her patience and diligence in dealing with us.

After having a pleasant friendly conversation with Linda and scheduling a day, her husband Paul came out to give us an estimate. They were a bit backed up because of all the rain we've had but called to schedule the job sooner then I expected. They came, did a pretty big job in 2 days and cleaned up everything so you hardly knew they were here. I paid nothing until the job was completed and Paul said if there was anything we were unhappy about or if there was a problem to please call him. Very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend!!!

We called in Sabol Masonry after a roofer told us the water staining our ceiling was probably coming in through the chimney rather than the roof. I called, Linda told me what day Paul would be out, and he called that afternoon with an estimate that I thought was very reasonable. I called Linda again to get us on the schedule. The work was completed much sooner than I expected, and everything went exactly according to plan: Paul and his people showed up when they said they would, and when I got home the work was done and everything cleaned up. Paul came by to check to see if I was happy with the work and to tell me that my flashing might be the real culprit with the water seeping in. He even offered to come by and spray extra waterproofing on the area if the water problem didn’t stop. All my interactions with Linda and Paul were friendly and professional. I will definitely call on them again when I have another masonry issue!

We have hired Sabol Masonry on two occasions. Extremely professional, punctual, and of course they do fantastic work.

I was having issues with efflorescence (white powder on brick in the winter) and called Sabol to come out and take a look. Paul (owner) stopped by and explained water was getting into my chimney and behind the brick. He recommended replacing the cap and fixing the broken brick. I also asked him to see if he could fix the broken brick on my front porch (original owner used rock salt). Paul sent a very competitive quote and I agreed to the price asked him to fix both issues. Paul and his crew came out soon after (maybe a month later) and was able to complete both jobs in 2 days. They all went above and beyond and I was extremely satisfied with end result. Don't hesitate to call Sabol Masonry, I'm glad I did. Thanks again Paul!!!

Everything went great. Linda was professional and very easy to work with on the phone. Out for an estimate in 5 days, estimate on the spot. Did the work within a month. Men arrived the day promised and did a nice neat job. Quiet (for brick chimney work!). Minimal wear and tear on yard and landscaping. Would be happy to hire Sabol Masonary again.

Paul and Linda were great to work with. They were the third quote I received and the most thorough. Paul gave me two options, the first was to repoint the chimney and replace the crown. The second was inclusive of the first but also to replace a several bricks with hairline cracks. He explained the two quotes and my options, not pressuring me into either one. When time came to begin work, Paul stopped by a day early to review the work. He and his crew were polite and professional. Job site was cleaned daily. The workmanship was as expected. I would hire Paul again and recommend him to friends and family.

From the initial estimate to the completion of the job, what a professional company!!!! The crew arrived on time and got right to work. All of the guys were so polite and considerate. The work took exactly as long as the estimate assumed. They even replaced some spalled bricks and the work was so professional. These guys worked really hard. When they left, absolutely everything was cleaned up and in much better shape than when they started. They exceeded my expectations and not only would I use them again, I would highly recommend them!!!!
