Description of Work: The service man located where he felt the bats were entering our attic. He placed a screen device to allow any bats in the attic to exit, but not have access to get back in. He, then, sealed the soffit the whole way around the house. He will be back in the middle of May to remove the screen device and permanently seal that area. The service is guaranteed for 3 years.

We went with them because they were half the price. They were prompt and friendly. They give explanations. The material dries in just fifteen so it is safe for everybody. It is safe for pets and children.
Description of Work: We used Pro Kill. They just spray, treating routine like house flies and spiders. It was a rental house so we want it done every once in awhile.

The technician was on time, very helpful, and took his time to explain the treatment and to give me advice as to how to control stink bugs. I definitely saw a reduction in the number of stink bugs after the treatment and have not seen any other types of pests. I would definitely recommend this provider

We had carpenter bees at the top point of our cottage. He sprayed for them. He also went over to a neighbor and sprayed for them there. He was a little early in arriving, which was nice.

I had two very active yellow jacket nests outside my home. I had called Tom Kendrick, as I had used him previously on a inside pest control issue, and was pleased with his work. I wanted a professional to take care of the nests, as I will be having the retaining wall where one of the nests was located replaced in the near future, and didn't want those workers to have to deal with the yellow jackets.
Description of Work: Tom treated two very active yellow jacket nests at my home. One was in my retaining wall & one was slightly above my front door. I wanted a professional to take care of the nests, as I plan to have work done in the areas where the yellow jackets were and wanted to make sure they wouldn't return.

It went pretty good. I called him and he came out the next day. He was a nice gentleman. He told me I call him back if I ever had any trouble. He was professional and he came on time. He told me what it was going to cost and that was what it cost.

Arrived at appointed time. Worked efficiently to identify where ant problem was seen and may exist unseen. Treated around the entire area and did some extra work inside garage and point area to ensure pest control. Took the time to review the problem and tracked problem back to BIG nest in neighboring tree. Tree nest was treated as well as could be.
Description of Work: Inspected for carpenter ant infestation on west side wall of house. Observed ants and treated inside, outside, inside garage and tracked ants to nest in nearby tree, then treated tree, dead dying ants pouring out, etc. Provided insight to scale of problem and what a homeowner should watch out for.

They let me know when they would be here to check out the place. However, one time they came over and knocked on the door, but no one answered. They said they did the job. I checked afterwards, and I think they didn't actually do anything. They were supposed to come back in August, but they haven't called me yet. They started out well, but last year they weren't that great. I hardly see them now.
Description of Work: They worked on getting rid of an exterior termite problem at my home. They used some chemicals.

Overall it went well. The ants disappeared immediately. However, they returned in full force in the kitchen after a month. I called and Chad came and resprayed, this time taking off wall plates and going inside the wall with spray. This cured the problem immediately. Overall, I was very pleased with the price and the work, the only exception being that it took a week to get here for the second trip. However, I understand that it is a busy season for them, and would definitely have them back again.

Description of Work: I had carpenter bees damaging my house. Tom came to the rescue. He also found a nest of yellow jackets when treating my house for carpenter bees. Since he was already hear he discounted the price. We have not had any "bee" problems since. I was very happy with Tom and would hire again.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB, BUT THEY WERE NOT PROMPT. THE DID NOT COME BACK, WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD. THE SERVICE IS NOT DILIGENT IN THE EXTERMINATION. I WILL HAVE HIM COME BACK IN SPRING TO CHECK ON TERMITES.

Description of Work: PROKILL CAME TO MY HOME TO ACCESS THE POTENTIAL PROBLEM. THEY DETERMINED THAT I DID NOT HAVE A SERIOUS PROBLEM. THE AGENT THOUGHT THAT IT WAS JUST REGULAR OLD ANTS RATHER THAN CARPENTER ANTS. SO, INSTEAD OF CHARGING ME FOR THE VISIT, HE SPRAYED A LITTLE BIT, TOOK A LOOK AT THE REST OF MY HOUSE AND TOLD ME TO CALL HIM IF I NOTICED ANYMORE SAW DUST. THE OTHER COMPANIES THAT I CALLED WERE VERY EAGER TO MAKE A LONG TERM CONTRACT, EVEN BEFORE, THEY TOOK A LOOK AT MY HOUSE. PROKILL WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND I APPRECIATE THEM TAKING THE TIME TO VISIT MY HOME. IF I DO HAVE A PROBLEM IN THE FUTURE, I WILL DEFINITELY CALL PROKILL FIRST.
