Mobile Mower Service

My Honda lawn mower had not been serviced in about 3 years. I was having some operating challenges on a Sunday, I left a voice mail Monday, he called me back Tuesday, he came to my home to do the work on Wednesday. He was courteous, efficient and on time. I was excited to find someone to service my mower without me having to load it into the back of my van. It was great to get the service completed so quickly.

Excellent. Tim is so busy you have to hope you live in his support area to get his high quality service. Super customer service! He was honest and kept me apprised of issues and costs throughout and he got my lawn tractor running better than before. He did some preventive maintenance on it to save me money down the road.

He was able to immediately diagnose the problem and make the necessary repairs. He also changed the blades as we asked him to and offered to sharpen the "extra" blades we had on hand. He was very professional and courteous.

Tim was very professional throughout the entire process. He had a difficult time finding some of the part, but kept looking until he found them all. He communicated with me each and every step of the way. Upon return of the tractor it appeared to be in like new condition. Tim did an excellent job in repairing the tractor and having it running great, saving me the cost of buying a brand new one!

Answered first call that I made and cane the next day at a time that was convenient for my work schedule. Very professional, friendly and diagnosed the problem within 10 minutes! He had the needed part on his truck, made the repair and now starts like a new lawn tractor! Total time onsite was about 45 mins. Highly recommend.

The gentleman who returned my call told me he could replace the spark plugs, but that would probably not fix my problem. He pointed out that it would be better to get a new mower and suggested reliable mowers. I appreciate that he was honest and didn't perform work just for the sake of being paid.

This was a GREAT service experience. Trying to schedule an "in-demand" service like this during peak season can be challenging but Tim was responsive, communicated well, and kept us updated on his schedule availability. Once he was onsite, it was clear that he is an expert in his trade. His assessment was very thorough, he took time to explain everything, and his cost for repairs were fair and reasonable (as compared to other service providers in the past few years). The work was all performed immediately the same day and the mower was running like it was new. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Mobile Mower Service!

My call was answered immediately. Not only did he provide his opinion on what could be causing the problem, but he also confirmed that the other individual was in the right range for price. He even gave me tips on how to prevent issues in the future. The only reason I did not utilize his services is because I was not in need of the mobile repair. The first estimate was local.

I called this gentleman and left a message for him to return my call. He called me back immediately. He asked me about what happened and proceeded to describe exactly what went wrong and exactly what type of tractor I own - all from my brief description. He clearly knows his business. He then tells me how to go about fixing the problem saving me a lot of money - money that he could have earned by coming out to my house for a service call. He even told me that if I run into any issues when fixing my tractor to call him and he would talk me through the fix. Based on this call and interaction - I will call this gentleman first when the need arises in the future. This was old fashioned customer first service that is rare these days.

Time was the most professional service provider I have ever dealt with. When I first called him, he indicated that I was outside of his usual service area and then proceeded to suggest several things for me to check on my own. When those didn't help, I managed to convince him to come to my area my offering to increase his typical $100/hr service fee to $150. We set an appointment and Tim arrived on time and with frequent phone updates for confirmation, etc. He had a truck with a winch in the back and just about every tool or other implement he could possibly need. It was truly impressive. After checking some things out, he lifted my mower and went about inspecting the situation. After a while, he saw that one of my mandrels was a little deformed (probably from a previous blade change that was not aligned properly). He ground it back into shape and installed new blades. It's been great ever since.

I stupidly left gas in the mower over the winter and I did not realize this was an issue. Needless to say about a month ago on my first attempt to start I had no luck. I found Tim on Angie's list and he was really upfront and honest. So much so he was willing to walk me through how to fix it myself on the phone but I just simply didn't have the tools. I made the trip to his place because this was urgent and he fixed it on the spot and gave great advice for future maintenance. It's awesome to see honest people like this are still out there and I only wish he could have a pop up shop in the city. Great guy !!

Timothy came fully prepared. This truck of his is as impressive as others have eluded to in their reviews. He was moving quickly yet thoroughly and efficiently. Although I indicated that I probably needed new front tires, he was able to save me substantial money by putting a tube into the tire instead of replacing it as, except for the small leak, it is still in great shape. But the really impressive thing was the noise I mentioned just as an aside. Timothy not only diagnosed it correctly over the phone, he had the appropriate parts. It turned out it was bad bearings on a couple of pulleys. If he would not have been able to address this and the bearings would have gone, it could have resulted in very costly damage.

Timothy Mardurf carefully started the mower, checked the battery and starter, and determined that mice had been chewing on the starter and probably other items in the engine compartment. He offered to take the mower back to his shop and give it a complete cleaning and refurbishment. However, in view of the age of the mower, and its condition, he recommended that we buy a new one. Timothy then recommended a way to keep the bagger, removed it from the mower, wrote down pertinent information to help with the purchase of a new mower, and offered to return to help install the bagger in the new model if necessary. We were extremely impressed with his knowledge, honesty and professionalism. We cannot recommend him highly enough, and will definitely use him again.

Waited a month for a reply - I know summer is busy but never heard anything from them. I wasted a month on 2 Angies list providers that can't be bothered to reply.

Tim is awesome. Came the same day I called, about 3 hours later he was in my driveway. Quick, professional, and fun. Told me he gave me priority over other customers because I was broken down even though I was a first-time customer. You have to see his custom workshop on wheels!

Timothy is very knowledgeable in his ability to repair lawn mowers. He is very trustworthy and has excellent prices which is why I have been using him for over 5 years.

A part fell off my John Deere tractor, and the mower portion no longer worked. i was in a very bad situation since I have 3 1/2 acres to mow. I called Tim on Saturday on Sunday he came to pick up my tractor, he had the problem diagnosed that day, repaired it and had it returned to me quickly, he was absolutely wonderful. The service went great. He is very professional, quick, knowledgable, and strait forward. I would recommend his service to anyone.

Timothy answered the phone himself and was prepared to set an appointment to come to my house to fix my power washer. However, I elected to drop it off at his place. He took one day and the power washer was tuned up, fixed and ready to go. I really appreciated his responsiveness and the quick turn around. I recommend Mobile Power Service. I will be using the service again for my two lawn tractors.

Tim is awesome! After paying another place to diagnosis the issue we contacted Tim for help. The other place could not find the replacmentt engine. Their price kept going up, the timeline changing and this saga started last July. Tim researched several options and was able to source a new engine. He communicated the progress on regular basis. Always professional. It looks like a brand new mower!
