"We hired Robert (Jr.) because he was the first one to contact us. He came as scheduled and told us that we did not have to remove the sheet vinyl flooring or put down a concrete board subfloor, as my husband wanted to do. He said it was not necessary and that he had been doing this for 10 years and never had a problem. We believed him and he seemed so nice. He did work hard to put the herringbone pattern down, even though he had not done that before. It does look nice if you do not look too closely. He hurried the job because we were expecting a visitor. I appreciated that. But it showed in some of the places where he did not cut the tile large enough, like in front of the kitchen sink, and just filled in the space with grout. Looks terrible. Asked for tile under the stove. That did not happen either. But, after a few weeks, the grout started cracking and crumbling, as we feared. He also owes my husband $60 and we have been calling since October with no response. He moved to New Jersey so look out, people. Even his father phone number is no longer in service! Now what? Guess I will try the better business bureau but do not know what name he uses in New Jersey because he said he cannot use the same name. He should not be able to get away with this. Now I see that another customer has the same grout problem, the same month too. Is he using inferior products or does he just take the money and run? Our hearts are broken over this."

The owner has refused to refund my deposit even after it being court ordered by the courts. Do not sign any contract with this company and give any deposits as you will truly regret it. Lehigh Patio Room has consistently lied in court under oath, to the Better Business Bureau and even to the Attorney Generals Office and has been found liable and guilty of all the above yet continues to refuse to refund the deposit awarded by the courts.
