Description of Work: Installed a fireplace for me. They also maintain it and if I ever have an issue they are always quick to respond.

Description of Work: They installed a gas insert in our fireplace. We have had nothing but trouble with it from the beginning. They've been ok in handling it. The issue is a known engineering flaw with this unit. Exasperated that we spent quite a bit of money on an item that they represented as very reliable (but isn't) since that is a very important aspect of any purchase we make. Had I completed this survery right after having it installed they would have received a B+. They have also dropped the ball a bit in the handling of this manufacturing/quality issue and I've been left with a less than stellar impression. Also, there is an issue with the unit that it sends the heat straight up towards your mantle. Simply put - DON'T BUY A JORDAN XL made by KOZY HEAT!
