Description of Work: New Electric Water Hearter installed

Description of Work: My home had no heat during an extremely cold period. Oil burner was not working properly. Hot water was not being circulated through the system.

Description of Work: Total house remodel plumbing with radiant floor heat, & cast iron baseboard radiator with new circulating pump & thermostats. installed & domestic plumbing also new washer/dryer hook -up Recently an emergency call for well pressure tank.

Description of Work: Had a bathtub faucet that was constantly leaking. Also had a leaky valve and couldn't do the repair myself. It was dripping into my basement and onto a light fixture.

Description of Work: This is a family run small business which has a very good work ethic. Service is prompt curteous, and excellent. This was not the first time we have had Jay do work for us but this is certainly the biggest job. Jay Jr came and measured the space for the new furnace. Upon checking the oil tanks it was discovered that they were beginning to decay to a point where even I could see they would not last the year. When the parts arrived, Jay and his crew came and installed the new tank and transferred the remainign oil into the new tank. They came the next day and removed the old furnace and oil tanks. Previous owner had installed a cement block wall between the tanks and the furnace that the guys removed to make room for the new stuff. All work was done and cleaned up as agreed. I bled the radiators myself by my choice. Jay did need to show me how to do 2 of the older ones. All members of the work crew were curteous at all times. I would certainly hire Jay for any future work that I need done.

Description of Work: They had to replace furnace parts and pipes after a storm knocked a tree down into my house.
