John was very professional. Came in on the date and time promised. Gave me a free estimate. I agreed on the price and he came back to complete the replacing of my HVAC system fan. He was very thorough and professional. Would definitely recommend and use again.

These guys are awesome! We called John Cooper for an estimate on replacing our ancient oil furnace with a propane unit and he came out 2 days later. We also got an estimate from another company (which took 2 weeks to get an appointment). When we decided to go with John Cooper, they were ready to start next day. Our house is challenging to work on (90+ years old and constructed of reinforced poured concrete) and the old furnace was the size of a compact car, but John's crew did a great job. When comparing notes with others who have recently replaced a furnace with other companies, we paid a little less, waited far less time, and had no issues with the install. We highly recommend John Cooper Heating and AC.

John Cooper has been my HVAC contractor now for several years. In May he installed a Navien tankless water heater in the crawl space of my home. First of all his quote was several hundred dollars less than anyone else and what was totally unexpected was he and his helper disconnected and removed the current electric tank water heater. His work is impeccable and his pricing is realistic. He is my go to guy!

After 18 years my AC stopped working. Decided to replace the furnace as well. John came out and provided me with a detailed estimate for a high efficiency furnace with standard air and a quote for high efficiency air as well. The price was very reasonable. My unit was installed within a week and a half. The guys who came out did a great clean up job and explained how to operate our new digital thermostat. It was great having air conditioning again last night!

John is an awesome man. He knows what he is doing. I did have another person here to clean and we didn't have any heat or hot water. I will call John in a heart beat I wish I had him the first time. I am so happy for this man. He is the man for the job. On his business card says "Indoor Comfort Done Right" and it's 100 % correct.

Not only are they reliable, trustworthy and patient when they explain all that need to go into the job. They are so friendly, right on time and recommend maintaining tips. I will absolutely recommend them to all my friends and neighbors

He is a good. I would recommend him. In fact I have used him three times for my central air system. He even checked to see if i was still under warranty and ordered the parts I needed that was under warranty. The only thing I had to do was pay for his services.

Mr. Cooper provided excellent service. He was prompt, knowledgeable and thorough. He quickly diagnosed the problem and offered several options for addressing it. He was friendly and courteous, and I would highly recommend him to others.

We've been having issues with our unit for weeks and other contractors kept giving us misinformation and trying to charge more than expected for possible replacement options. John came by and was able to not only fix the problem, he was able to give us options that weren't going to break the bank. He is very knowledgable and has very fair pricing. We will be hiring him to do our unit replacement in the future. I definitely recommend hiring him.
