Thom is an exceptional handyman. Conscientious, works hard, great attention to detail. Keeps appointments. Finishes work on time. Bills by the hour. Doesn't mind being watched while he works. Is receptive to suggestions. Makes constructive suggestions. Very easy to work with. Honest. Has access to helpers when needed. Does insurance work and major and minor remodeling (which I do not have direct experience with).

Thomas immediately resolved the plumbing issue, after the plumber that was there said he couldn't fix. He provided the best quote of the (3) they got. He was punctual and courteous and went out of his way to help get all the supplies for the remodel. He and his crew worked fast and efficiently to get the job done and were only delayed by unforeseen problems. They did and amazing job!! The kitchen and and bathroom look fabulous!! Thomas was very professional and I can't hesitate to recommend his services.

I meet with Thomas in the beginning of November for an apartment remodeling plus finishing the attic into a living room, bathroom, and extra bedroom. He seemed to know the ins and outs of remodeling, he was very friendly and competitively priced. I hired him for a remodeling job to begin in the first 2 weeks of December. He meet with me again at the end of November to go over some materials needed and to get a better idea of my plans and wants for the project and also to give some lower budget suggestions. He begin on the project as soon as I gave him the go ahead. As he was here working other issues arouse like furnace not working and also some changes to the original plan like adding all new windows for example. . He worked well with me on fixing things that weren't originally mentioned and changes we made as we went. We also recommended him to some friends and family who were having some other issues like furnaces not working so he also worked in those jobs on the side. The work was preformed within the budget we discussed in the beginning and the job turned out above expectations and at a very competitive price. I am not exactly sure what all work he can do but I can personally recommend him for jobs involving remodeling, unfinished carpentry, electrical, plumbing, heating, windows, and maybe a few I forgot. I can say this for sure he is the one I will call for any future home remodeling and repairs. Good luck and I hope this helps with your decision making.

I called him up yesterday and he came this morning at 1145 and he was done by 1245. I was very satisfied with his work.

He gave us a very reasonable price. They were prompt on arriving and did a good job. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and we had no complaints.

Thom worked on our first property, He wrapped and moved all belongings to another area, He covered what couldnt be moved, He cleaned up work area daily until job was finished, I had no problems when he and his crew came in on their own, At times I was not able to be here due to other obligations, He is very trustworthy,....His work is high quality and was able to work with him on any last minute changes , He was able to make suggestions and help me understand the most efficient way to fix something that will last for years to come. Our second property was more involved,It is a rental property and has tenants, , He was very conciensoius of their schedules and called ahead to let them know the when he would be there. Him and his crew worked non-stop weather permitting , The property needed up-dating to code and he was able to add an addition that was not planned with no problem, ..
