+ -1 moreit went ok until he could not get the inside parts of the stove back together again....it was a blessing that i had the manufactures book and he used that to put everything back. I really don't know if he actually inspected the chimney from the outside of the house, but the inside of my wood burner is fine.
Description of Work: cleaned the inside of the wood burner is use but said he had never seen the set up I had?

+ -1 moreErnie and his wife both came to do the job. They were very careful, put down a clean cloth to keep the area from getting dirty. I was missing a part and they came back the next day with just what I needed. Interesting couple......have been at this a long time and gave me a poem to boot!

+ 0 morei contacted Ernie to do a chimeny inspection and cleaning for this upcoming season. He came to the house and was very open and friendly. He checked the chimeny, said it was good and then cleaned out the inside of the wood burner stove. He noticed I had issues with the shingles on one side of my home and he also checked the flat roof on the other side of my home. He gave me his opinion after providing me pictures with what my roof looked like.... this is a family business and his wife and 2 sons worked on various things that needed to be done... the fireplace was a very tedious process, however when Ernie was done it looked really good...I was quoted by another contractor of 500.00 to complete the process and Ernies price was 248.00. he and his wife worked on the fireplace while his sons worked on the roof....
Description of Work: Did brickwork on existing fireplace...cleaned chimney, did rubber roofing & partical shingle roof.
