When the old trusted "furnace guy" retires, homeowners face a tough decision, especially if your system isn't of the plain vanilla variety. I contacted Safeway for routine service and Louis showed up on time. He performed the tasks at hand in a most professional manner and spent ample time with me to discuss various components. Later in the day, I developed what turned out to be a minor issue and contacted Jessica, who assured me that someone would follow up soon. They did, and the issue was resolved in minutes. So glad I found my new "furnace guy." Highly recommended.

Family run business. The owners are just absolutely awesome. I contacted Home Depot, Home Advisor and Lowes to get quotes for a 3 Ton dual head mini split. The Lowes company never even contacted me. Safeway beat the Home Depot contractor price by $2000+ and they threw in their one year heating protection plan (normally $250) for free. This was really nice, because I was thinking of getting it anyway. They arrived on time for the installation. They installed the system, pulled a vacuum to look for any leaks in the connections. When the vacuum held, they added refrigerant to make sure the system was at the proper pressure. Everything has been perfect ever since. I highly recommend this family owned and operated business. Note: The Lowes "no callback" has been something of the norm around this area, since the Co-Vid 19 real estate boom has taken up all of contractors availability. I contacted them multiple times prior to the install. They either picked up the phone immediately or then called back quick! After the sale, I've called them to ask question on how the system operated (heat portion for the winter), how to recall error codes, and what the next stage of the maintenance would be. Again, even after the sale I've gotten the same immediate responses. I highly recommend them.

The worst ever! I told the tech what was wrong with the furnace and showed him that the Inducer motor had water in it. He said it would be at least 1-2 hours to remove it and replace it at 125.00 an hour that was crazy! So I ordered the part took out the old one in less than 10 minutes and put the new one in 15 all hooked up and the furnace running again and I have no furnace knowledge! He also hacked my exhaust pipe in half instead of loosing the motor to disconnect it! I also had fixed that when replacing the motor!! I would NEVER let these people in my house again!

Lou and staff are the professionals that known this business. Our new Peerless boiler was installed the same day with a slight adjustment to the power vent. We have maintenance and a warranty on the boiler thats outstanding. I so glad for their help in our time of need. CM/ NM

I put the request for a new furnace on HomeAdvisor and within minutes I got a call from Jessica at Safeway. I explained what I needed and made an appointment that afternoon to have Lou come out and give me an estimate. He showed up that afternoon and explained what i needed. Later that day I got the estimate That quick. I finally got my other estimate from another company and decided to go with Safeway. The next week in between snowstorms it was installed. The new one is more in tune with technology of today than my 31 year old boiler of the past. I needed to be taught about the new bells and whistles which they did . Safeway followed up and were present when they said they would when others would not return my calls. In the future I will use them again.

Lou was awesome! Highly recommend! He thoroughly explained everything and showed me exactly what was done; supported with photos. He made recommendations for issues we may need to address in the future, and was very honest about what need to be done presently. Extremely personable and professional. Scheduling an appointment was a breezeâ very responsive and willing to fit you in quickly (even during busy season).

On time very professional

Amazingly quick response and turn around time. We had a new boiler and hot water heater installed in a day and a half. Louis and his team all have great personalities and are very friendly and all around great guys. They stayed here until 830pm to make sure we had heat before they left.
