I needed my hot water heater replaced. I had rusty water for 3wks. I called 2 plumbers who basically blew me off, 1 that wouldnt come out till I knew the size of the tank and if it was electric or gas(I have no clue about those things) and nobody would do the work on a weekend, I can not miss work. I searched Angies List and they recommended Safeway Heating. I called on a Friday late afternoon. I explained to the lady I knew nothing about size or anything just that it needed to be replaced and my work schedule. She totally understood and was so nice. The guys were at my house within an hour! The work was done the next day on a SATURDAY! I now have clean and clear water and didnt have to miss work. Lou and Larry even cleaned the one section of my basement and had all the trash bagged up for me. Im impressed. These guys know what their doing. Explained everything in detail and customer service is 100%. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers. I will be using Safeway if I run into any other problems. If your looking to have work done, call them. You wont be disappointed.

Installed top quality furnace pump fast. I will replace my furnace in the furnace and will have these guys do it. No BS company with great staff!

Very professional. Explained my needs for my furnace.. worked quickly and gave me heaters to keep us warm while we waited for installation day. They came on Christmas eve to install. Took out old and replaced in 4 hours. Definatley would hire again and recommend highly to anyone.

They did a good job. I was told that new digital thermostats will be installed. That did not happen given the type of writing that existed, but no alternative was provided. I ended up using the same old mercury type thermostats, which are not very accurate. The workers did work hard and finished the installation in a timely manner.

Had our new furnace and water heater installed in 24 hours. Professional service, very satisfied.
