Verizon Wireless

They were okay. I had them several years ago and switched to a bundle with the cable company. I cut off the cable company. Now, I can have the landline and now it’s a cellphone on infinity cellular. I use it for emergency. The Verizon cellphone is what I use for everything. The cost is not very high. The services are going well.

since 7/18/13 to 8/6/13 I have been in contact with Verizon no less then 9 times as to what is being done, all they tell me is it's being investigated .I asked them to switch me back to my Verizon landline. They tell me it will cost me 160.00 in early termination fees unless they find it is a problem with there system? I installed a new box and window ant. they sent me for 10.00. and still the system keeps dropping calls and also in coming calls you hear the phone ring but it don't ring at the house. this has caused my son in Fla to call other family to check on use. I keep getting the same answer no matter who I talked to were investigating the problem.my problem is why should I have to pay 160.00 for a system that is not dependable.

I would not use them again.

The speed is fast and the price is high.

I am pretty sure it is $100 because it is one of those family plans. It is 700 minutes and unlimited texting. It is that plan. Their service is good. Where I live I get good quality service. I don't have any dropped calls. I never have any complaints. I hardly ever use my cell phone, but my daughter uses hers all the time and she never complains about it.

I am satisfied with their services. The sales people were very nice and they helped me with my new smart phone.

They were really bad, just awful. The right hand in Verizon doesn’t know what the left hand is doing. I had a bundle with high speed internet and when I call them, I get to talk to a machine. I need to press the appropriate and if my concern is none of the above numbers, I don’t have a number to press. This is nasty. They take forever to do anything and if you’re running a business, then you’re in trouble. If you can’t use your computer which is on the high speed internet which has died, and your telephone line goes dead or your incoming calls goes to somebody else’s answering machine, and they can’t figure out why I am upset. There has been one problem after another and it still is not solved. They are junk.
