I had a small leak in my daughters room dripping from the air condition vent in the ceiling during the storm on Wednesday evening September 1st 2021. I went in the attic to check and saw one of the beams was wet from the middle to the end of the beam. I called the following morning from Angie's list and he called me back right away and was able to come the same day. But when Jessie looked in the attic the beam had already dried, which made it difficult for him to see where the problem was, but he marked the area from the pictures I took of the wet beam the night before on my phone. He then went on the roof did a thorough check of the area and still did not see anything, came back down and explained about my hip roof. Jessie said he will tar around the area in question at no charge to me. He spent a good 40 minutes at my home and for him not to charge me was very kind of him! Jesse was very responsive to my request for roof repair. He made appointments and showed up on time. He not only repaired damaged shingles on my roof that I could see but examined whole roof and took corrective action on areas of the roof that were about to become problems. He took this initiative on his own. There was no extra charge for this additional work. Work was done so well that you can not distinguish repaired areas from existing roof. I highly recommend Jesse Oltmanns because he takes pride in his work. Will definitely use him again for roofing and other odd home repairs. He comes on time and finishes work. Jesse fixed all the problems I had after a roofing contractor incorrectly installed new shingles on my roof. He had to rip off and install new plywood due to incorrect shingle replacement by other â roof contractorâ . I highly recommend Jesse for any job you need done as he is highly reliable, fair and most important HONEST!!!!!

From the initial appointment to measure the roof, to the completion of the new roof,Jesse was very polite, respectful and professional! Showed up every day ready to work. When the job was complete, he cleaned up so well, you wouldn't know he had torn off the old roof. After having new gutters installed, he also recommended and installed gutter guards for me. Once again, showing up on time and installing them in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend him for any handyman jobs, etc. He told me to call HIM first if I need anything done. If he can do it, he will! I have him on speed dial!
