STOUT'S MOWER SVC

Back in the middle of May i had Stouts in Stroudsburg Pa pick up y tractor to replace my drive belt, they said they were a little backed up, it should be done in about two weeks or so. Called after the first week was told they didn't get a chance to look at it, called at week two same response . At week three i called again was told by Scott still was not looked when i spoke to hi he had a very rude attitude, i asked why he was being nasty he said he was not then he said i was getting on his nerves, sorry last time i checked i was a customer. Finally got it back after almost a month at 220 later was told pick up and delivery was approx. 50 dollars, 85 dollars a hour, 20 dollars for the belt plus labor. Got it home cut maybe 5 min and the belt fell off, called them they said hey would pick t up and look at it, honestly at this point i didn't want o deal with them. I had another mechanic look at it, he took the belt off and guess what they ever put a new bel on it they put the broken old belt on it and charged e 220 dollars. I called them spoke with Judy she said that was a new belt, told me to bring it in so she could look at it. Took it in today, i was asking for half back, they only would give ne 75 dollars back, she turned around and lied and said pick up was 75 dollars. This company is the worst they don't do the work your hire them for, they are frauds and steel your hard earned money. There customer service is the worst. Let me add Judy basically called me a liar and thinks i switched the belts. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THEM THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NOT DO THE JOB THERE ARE HIRED FOR

Had my tractor there for a new drive belt to be replaced, was not looked at for approx. 3 weeks while is there shop, when i called to check the status i was give nothing but a attitude, at one point the guy said i was getting on his nerves, number one i am a paying customer with out customers he would not have a job. So after 4 weeks i got it back, i cut maybe 5 min and the bet fell off called and again greeted w attitude, he said maybe it fell off cause the grass was to high, they said they would look at it, after all that i decided to go else where. Took it to another mechanic, turns out the belt was never replaced they put the same belt on t and charged me over 200, when i called they insist it i a new belt last time i i checked a new belt dose not have nicks and breaking. This company has nothin but attitudes and steal your money, you have to pay a bill even if the service you requested was not done

The purchase was very smooth. The features were explained to me. The price was fair. They delivered the tractor when they said they would. The operation of the tractor was explained to me fully

They came out in July. They came to pick it up, did a tuneup and repaired it. It was for a decent price but when we got it back the blade adjustment wasn't the same as before but it works well.
