Joe was absolutely a life saver. He was able to come to the house, diagnose the issue, source a replacement water heater, and fix it all within roughly six hours. He also worked with my tenants and made them feel confident the issue would be resolved. They weren’t keen on staying when the issue was first discovered, but Joe was able to show them the work would get done and their vacation could still happen.

Had a highly efficient split system installed in my house. Consisting of three interior units tied into one exterior unit. Joe was professional, prompt, and finished the job in just three days. When job was complete Joe left work area cleaner than he found it. Very happy with Service king Mechanical and would highly recommend using his services if your situation calls for it.
