They provided prompt service and cleaned up after the job. Three years later the system is running fine. I did have to have them out once. I didn't realize I had to clean the vents, but they came out and cleaned them for free.

RJ Groner Inc were polite, did a great job, they were very respectful to the cleanliness of the home, and they were the best contractor. The price was excellent.

They weren't able to complete the job so I had to go with somebody else. The experience was good. They knew what they were doing. They were able to put us on to somebody else that can help us immediately. It was the time when we had the big storm.

went well...they did the job and replaced the alarm system as well. Very responsive and courteous. When there was a slight problem with the installation they returned and effected repairs quickly and efficiently.

Our 15 year old furnace required a big and expensive repair. We decided to purchase a new furnace. I paid exactly what they quoted. I was given several options to choose from. Their salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly. They were very responsive and was ordered and installed within days.

I am a repeat customer because my first experience went so well. This time, RJ Groner did a whole house generator installation. From beginning to end, the experience was once again excellent, including sales, office staff and technicians.

These guys were great. At first we thought the work wouldn't happen on the scheduled day because of heavy rain, but since being without water was such a major inconvenience, they came anyway. I set up a canopy at the well head, which made it a little easier for the work to proceed, but they sure got wet during the day and didn't complain about it at all (at least to me!). I appreciated the extra effort. They recommended a better quality well pump as an improvement over the previous one, and their suggestion was correct - the water pressure proved much better for our 3-bath house. They had to source the new pump from a regional distributor and then returned in the afternoon with new parts to finish the job. The rest of the work took awhile to complete, but was finished without a hitch. All in all, I am very pleased with the competence and skill shown by R.J.Groner in performing a difficult job under trying circumstances. They also happened to charge less than their initial estimate - a nice surprise! The new pump has been performing flawlessly for about three months now, and I had to run it A LOT the first week to remove the unsettled silt from the well pipe. I'd definitely call R.J.Groner for future work.

The first estimate date was rescheduled due to person was running late. The installation date was also rescheduled due to an emergency problem with a boiler.

The overall dealing with this company is good. I would use them again. I would speak louder, longer and firmer the next time there is a problem. Everything they installed............the ductless AC/ Heat pump and the ceiling fixtures ........ all that is perfect and just what I wanted. I just feel they are opportunistic at labor costs.

They are outstanding, reliable, professional, and reasonably priced. I have used them for the past 5-6 yrs. I would highly recommend them to others.

They installed the duct work and electrical. They also hooked up the outside heater. They did a wonderful job. They were polite to work with and very professional. They are reasonably priced. They communicate well and take the time to listen to you to best meet your needs. I will be using them in the future.

They charged me more than I expected. I was happy with their repairs, but they spent a lot of time waiting around for supplies, and I was charged for that labor time. They were on time. I am not sure if I would use them again.

It is a relief to know that there are honest companies hiring honest people who know what they are doing. My grinder pump had stopped running the night before and I needed it back in service as soon as possible. I called them for service in the morning and I was given an appointment between the hours of 10-12 noon. They arrived between the hours given in spite of heavy rain in the area. the gentleman was friendly and professional. My wife was home alone with the kids and he was very respectful. The man diagnosed the problem and determined it was actually a problem with the switch inside the control panel. He could have easily have told me I needed a new pump and I would not have thought twice about it. But he was honest very honest and did not take me for a ride. In times like these I cant afford to spend money I dont have. I will call this company again if ever needed and refer them to anyone who ever asks

The maintenance agreement allows me to call them whenever needed and they will not charge a surcharge. They would charge for any repairs needed. My service with them so far has been excellent. They installed my air conditioner in the past and I have an agreement with them for this as well. On June 6th, 2011 they installed two 275-gallon oil tanks. This cost was $1,350.00 and I was completely happy with the job they did for this as well.

They did not charge me anything because the air conditioning is only 2 years old and it stopped cooling. They did not deal with it till they went back to the office and checked that I had a 10 year warranty on it. I don't know how many times they came back because they had to wait for the parts. I was turned off by them when they installed the unit 2 years ago because they did not tell me it would take numerous days to do it. They did not have to change anything but the mechanical parts. They had to come back 3 times after the installation and I could not get off work. My first impression was not very positive.

My experience with them was fine. I will use them again in the future.

Overall, I had to go to another vendor, otherwise I would still be waiting to hear back from AC Groner.

The plumber showed up early (!), which was great since I had to leave work to be at home during their visit. He came in and was very knowledgeable. Turns out the previous owner of the house was a Mr Fixit, and when he piped the waste line for the house, he didnt pitch it properly!! We had a large blockage in the main waste line because of back flow into the low part of the pipe. He immediately fixed that and re-pitched the line for us.

They were very good and provided very good service. I was totally happy with them.

I was more than pleased with RJ Groner's initial estimate (which came in $600 lower than the other two estimates I received). They were punctual and got the job done in the time they said it would take. They even threw in a new thermostat (much nicer and better quality than the one I had). The other guys wanted to charge an additional $150+ for a new thermostat. They cleaned up before leaving and took the time to explain the system and the thermostat. The AC works great and I will definately do business with them again. I am planning on getting on their service contact for them to maintain my furnace and AC units. I was and am quite happy with RJ Groner!
