+ -1 moreMy computer was running very slow and freezing. Jim diasgnosed the problem immediately. He added some RAM. Changed out my anti-virus for something that worked better on a ten year old machine.He also set up my e-mail account when we switched from Verizon to Blue RIdge Communications. Then added a PC Cleaner and MalWare icons on my desktop so I could run them weekly to keep my PC in tip top shape. He also worked on my husbands laptop and eliminated the trojans that were present. He is very professional and always answeres the phone when you call. You never get a recording.
Description of Work: Jim gave me back my ten (10 year old sluggish computer.

+ -1 moreJim listened carefully to my description of what i was experiencing as he diagnosed the problems with my computer, and was very persistent in solving them. He answered all my questions clearly and made good recommendations for improving my system. He was prompt and very professional.
Description of Work: Jim was called to trouble shoot some problems with a display driver and with a wireless printer connection. Also, he installed the EZ backup program and a separate hard drive for that program as I'd requested.
