Submitted an offer on a property via my broker...Regina indicated to my broker that the offer was accepted...we then proceeded to contact lawyer, mortgage company, inspection company, etc...only to be informed that another offer came in and we were asked to submit best and final...before we could do that we were informed by Regina that seller accepted a cash offer...Regina's ETHICS are in question as she indicated that our offer was accepted while disclosing it to other prospective buyers so that she could get a better offer.

The agent did NOT have BEST INTEREST IN buyer. Agent did not push home inspection for buyer. Agent did not contact seller to inspect crawl space. When contact was made seller would not let us inspect. Agent also sold buyers Home knowing that going into new Home was not a good choose. Agents are to guide you to make a good decision. All agent is concerned about is commission. Scroll through realtor.com and see how many homes agent has. It’s an assembly line for agent. Outcome for this agents buyer was 10k in a lateral crack in foundation in crawlspace plus new Septic. Agent was never available. Agent made buyer meet in parking lots instead of office. Agent was too busy to go through walk through on buyers purchase. End result please do not hire this agent or you’ll learn a difficult and costly lesson working with this agent. That’s a fact.

Regina Thoenig is very nice. We had a good experience and we ended up buying a house. I wouldn't say that she was necessarily very calm. A couple of times we have to meet somewhere and she was not very, very late but she was a late but she did a good job and she was thorough. She's very pleasant, very helpful and she's always available to answer questions and she got back to me. She even put contract to my house so I don't have to come out. She's very solicitous and easy to work with. She's very familiar with the area.
