They all were great. Came right out to help with an emergency situation. Mark was patient while I dealt with my insurance co. He helped and guided native me through the process and kept in contact and making sure we were okay. He is the nicest man you'll meet. Hes professional and on top of every detail. I plan to use him again for any future home maintenance projects I need. He was a real blessing to me and my family during such a trying ordeal. I couldnt be happier with him and his crew.

I interviewed 3 other contractors. Home advisor's recommendation meant quality to me. After a two day discussion the day was picked. Done in one day. How good was the seal of 3 fixed skylights replacing 3 of a different design? We live south of the Pocono Mts. The wind is constant ( the town is named Wind Gap). The heavy rain that arrived the night after they left! No leaks! 👍👍👍. The conversation was continual before and during the project; all concerns were met. I recommend this company.

Mark stayed on the job with his crew every day to insure the work was done correctly. They cleaned up after they were done and Mark even came back the next day to reinspect the roof and clean up any thing that was missed. We were very satisfied.

Replaced entire home roof and shed roof in one (long) day. Did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. Even though they went into the early evening, everything was cleaned up afterwards. Marc is a great guy to work with and his crew was excellent. Would definitely recommend to others.

Marc and Ricky were courteous and professional. Always called before beginning the job at hand. Multiple jobs-fixed shower head, leaking and plugged toilet, install new vanity and counter top in Master Bedroom.

I had a tree fall on my house and a small hole in my roof. I tried a few contractors who basically told me I was out of luck. I then tried home advisor. I got a call from Jesse within minutes on a Sunday night. He was at my house first thing Monday morning and had the repair done within 2 hours. I was very greatful for his compassion, kindness and professionalism. He also worked with me as I needed to wait for some of the money from my insurance company. He is someone I would definitely recommend to others and hire again.

We were given 3 different estimates during the time they were here; it should have taken 2 hours (according to Quality) but they were here over 7 hours. They left a HUGE mess that we had to clean up not just in the bathroom but they tracked dirt all through the hallways and living room. They also felt that it was appropriate to leave a business card with religion jargon on the back. On top of THAT we had to unclog the tub after they left; the bill was $850.00 and we aren't even sure that the leaks are entirely fixed!

I had them come into check what I thought might be a squirrel trying to get in. Mark walked the entire roof and said shingles were crumbling and suggested a new roof because of the age which was 25 years old. Was hesitant about doing but glad I had them do it. Was costly but they were very fair and did an excellent job. You do get what you pay for. I am very pleased with the outcome and would recommend them highly. They really did go that extra mile.

I had a leak around the ceiling light fixture in a bathroom which I suspected was coming from water intrusion around the vent pipe. He inspected the entire roof, said he could see no other possible entry point, then caulked around both vent pipes, the exhaust fan, and the electrical service pole and thoroughly cleaned the gutters to prevent water backup. He recommended new shingles, which I am not ready for right now and didn't try to pressure me. I will see when we have another 3 or 4 days of rain how it comes out.

They were fantastic. I was happy from beginning to end. They clean up very nice. Overall, a very nice work.

My wife and I recently hired Quality Home Improvement for a roofing issue and we were extremely satisfied with the workmanship and professionalism they showed.. We dealt with Mark and he was not only professional but very caring and assured us all will be fine once the job was completed which it was. The weather was not cooperative and prevented the job from starting when scheduled but Mark kept us up to date regarding scheduling. He along with his crew were very professional, courteous and the clean-up was amazing. We would recommend them highly for anyone that needs repairs on any home improvement. We feel he and his crew went above and beyond and the job was completed to our satisfaction. We felt very confident when going into contract and the fact that Mark always called to keep us abreast on what was going on was an asset and a very important factor. We were able to call him at any time and he always got back to us quickly and answered any and all questions we may have asked. Our experience was very good and my ratings are definitely the highest.
