Their price was a little higher but was certainly within the framework of everything we were doing.

They were excellent and they did a great job. The only problem was that it took a little while for them to get out to do the job but other than that they were very accommodating and did a great job. They did exactly what they said they would do. They performed exactly what they said they would do and cleaned up well after themselves. I was totally satisfied with the work they did. They did an excellent job. I would use them again.

overall, the work was done correctly and on schedule once they started. had to repeatedly call to try to get a start date, and i wasn't pushing very hard because i realized that they were busy with other customers. however, it still took several weeks to get a reply and i finally went to their office and was told that they were going to start the next day.(thankfully i was able to be home that day). once the work was started, they were punctual ( early) before i got home from work, and finished the work. they were supposed to do some further work at my residence and had made arrangements to contact me the following week, they did not. after the first experience with them i am very hesitent to use them again.

Overall except for the clean up which could be better it went fairly well. Requested a chimney cap and it was not cemented on to the chimney it was just placed on top of the chimney. The roof was left with old nails. There are nails all over the property. I was told my gutters were cleaned they all were not cleaned, Granted it was raining the second day. But I do not like to be lied to.

PA Improvements office could have communicated better during the process of the job. If the day or time the guys were scheduled to work changed, the Office should have contacted us, we had to call the office. We do not whole the workers accountable for that, we expected the Office to call and let us know what was going on.Secondly, any added materials to complete the job should have been communicated from the PA Improvement office; this should have been done prior to the completion of the job. Following the completion of the job HOME IMPROVEMENT gave us a courtesy visit, thanking us for our selecting them to work on our roof/chimney. They also apologized for the communications problems, stating they have hired more office help to rectify that problem. We appreciate their action, and want to communicate this as part of response to Angie?s List, because their workers did a great job and were supper professional; we would not want anyone to miss out on getting a job well done.

Very Well, they called me back, came when they said they would and completed the job in a timely fashion

Called for estimate / examination of roof - had a leak. (Called them because another family in my neighborhood had had them redo their roof and were pleased.) They returned my call the same day and came out the next morning. Gave us a fair valuation of our roof condition - we did not require new roof, just repair. Their price was $500 including labor and materials. They offered to do it immediately but I wanted at least a second estimate. These men were very professional, followed up with a written estimate with details of the job, via email. The only reason we did not hire was because the second estimate was half the cost and the second guy was able to do the repair the same day as well. However, Robles states they are willing to match any written estimate, and we might have called them back if the second guy wasn't able to do the job that quickly. Also of note: Robles Roofing is same company as PA Home Improvement... it is four brothers in business.
