Need a new roof? Look no further than O'Leary! John, their estimator and Mike the project manager were just awesome! Walked me through every step, materials to be used, difference between them and the other guys...they made me feel very comfortable! The crew arrived on new roof day and wow do they work hard! I had a new roof done in one day! Start to finish. The crew cleaned up everything on site and even put our flower pots back and straightened up the deck area. I would have zero issues recommending O'Leary Roofing to anyone!

These guys are fantastic- great communication during the whole thing from quote to completion. They found 9 other rot holes (in addition to the 1 huge one that made us call another company in the first place) that were just shingled over by the other guys. OLeary let us know every issue that was found so we could document the negligence of the other company. I never thought I’d have the house completely re-roofed twice in the span of 10 weeks, but here we are lol. I only wish we had gone with OLeary from the start!

One phone call and you're on your way. No waiting for a call back, your call is answered and an appointment is set up at your convenience. You will then receive an email confirmation including a picture of the person who will come to give your roof a thorough inspection & discuss what the job will entail. A quote is given to you at this point and there will be no surprise charges afterwards. We were very impressed how smoothly this seemed to go compared to past experiences with house projects. A full crew arrived and went straight to work and by the end of the day our old roof had been completely removed and replaced. Our yard was back to normal and we were very pleased how well it went. Love the dimensional shingles, they really add a very nice look to the house. O'Leary Roofing is a professional no hassle company to work with. What you hope to see is what you get.

Ok, keep following up with schedule, did not show up when it was schedule, no supervision pass by to see the worker or any concert with the work.

The team was very professional. Prior to the start we received weekly confirmations of the dates as well as what to expect. O’Leary sent a crew of 5 to perform the project. The crew worked all day and into the night, starting at approximately 8:00 am each morning and working until approximately 9:30 pm. They covered our landscaping and protected it from damage. They finished all three roofs in two days. They cleaned up the property as they went and did a final sweep on the third day. The roofs look great. We have had some very heavy rain and the roofs have worked very well. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience with O’Leary Roofing. When I first met with John, he educated me on roof replacement and offered color recommendations. He also saw to it that the leaking part of the roof was covered with a tarp. From that point on, communication with O’Leary was excellent. The office staff were helpful and responsive. The crew was courteous, hardworking, and attentive to detail. Mike kept me informed and made sure my questions were answered. Clean up was very thorough. The new roof is beautiful and really complements the house siding.

Back in January during a rain storm, we heard the dreaded leak in our roof. Wanting to get this fixed as soon as possible, I called a contractor we had used in the past but they were booked for 4 months. I did a Facebook search and found loads of local people raving about this O'Leary roofing company, so I gave them a call. The person who answered honestly, I thought I was talking to myself. They answered right away, were super friendly, and said they had the ability to come out within the week! I was floored and so relieved as we had an active leak. Stephen Vazquez came over to inspect the roof and gave us the bad news. Our almost 30 year old roof was done being repaired. It had to go. We understood we needed a new roof but we weren't finished saving for one. He told us it was not a problem and that they had multiple financing options available with really amazing rates. I got approved right away at my dining room table and we set a date to get the roof replaced. They put me at the top of their list (active leak) and called me every week to give me updates on when they were able to fit us in. Then Feb snow fell, and fell, and fell. Finally they called me and said the men would come and SHOVEL my roof as they were determined to get this done for me. They came and chipped away for hours at all the ice dams my horrible old roof made. The day after that was in the high 40s and roof replacement day. They arrived a few minutes early with what seemed to be an enormous crew. They got to work so quickly, tarping every inch of ground around the house and installing a huge bin under the garage to catch debris. We had multiple pieces of plywood to replace, so I assumed it would take a while but boy did that go fast too. This is the hardest I've ever seen a crew work. In less than 7 hours, my large new roof was on! The manager Mike and salesman Stephen were both on site to talk to me about any questions or concerns I had (which were none) and even came back later that month to clean up anything that was stuck in the snow. They sent me a sweet little thank you gift in the mail along with a card from Stephen. Working with this company was the best decision I have ever made and being that this is 3 months later, NOT ONE issue with the roof. We get so many compliments now on our house and keep our sign from them on our lawn with pride. Thank you guys for knowing exactly how customers want to be treated. You have perfected the art of business and stand out from the rest. Love you guys!!!

From start to finish.... Before O'Leary came out, We did a lot of research on the shingles, the materials, ect that we wanted. We had several other quotes in hand, and spoke with neighbors on what they paid for similar roofs so we had a really good idea what this was going to cost us. The sales process was easy. We informed the sales rep Stephen that we already had a few other quotes. He did NOT ask to see them, nor did we offer them up for him to see. He was focused on what he had to offer. He was respectful of our time. Stephen went up on the roof, took photographs and measurements. He got a very good feel for what the situation was with our roof. Being conscious of our time and knowing we saw many of these things already, we ran through very quickly the check list of "we do this, this, and that" and let us pick and choose what we needed more information about. When we were done, he presented us 3 separate quotes. Gold/Silver/Plus and went through the differences between each quote. We opted for the Gold package as our goal of doing this roof was to make this the one and old roof we would have to worry about doing. We agreed to go with O'Leary, and signed the contract. (yes there was perks for doing certain things like putting a sign in our yard), but honestly the price difference between doing these things and not doing these things was not enough to make or break the deal. Our preferred method of contact was Email (our choice) and they kept us in the loop with weekly updates as to when our roof was going to be installed. Payments were 50% upfront, 50% on completion. Sheri was our office point of contact, and any questions we had she was fast to answer. They let us know when they received the down payment check, and before they deposited it. While not important for us, I can see how this is important for someone that might need to move money around and thought this was an excellent touch. We got notified the Thursday before our installation was to be done of the target date for installation. They sent us a list of common sense things to do to make things easier like make sure there was space for them to drop stuff off, let them know before hand if there's no electrical outlets available ect. We were also given the name and cell phone number of the production manager Mike. Our installation day was a Tuesday. We received a call from Mike on Monday afternoon asking if they could start dropping materials off which they did. Tuesday morning the crew showed up. Our site crew lead was a different Mike. He helped make sure the job went smoothly. Unexpectedly, things which we had not moved far enough out of the way, the crew moved quickly and carefully. (example we didn't even think of moving the path lights). The started going up on the roof, tarping the house, and as soon as 8 am struck pieces of roofing materials started raining down all around the property. I'm still amazed how precise and fast this crew was. Before I knew it, they had the old roof off, and was starting to put down the ice barrier, storm guard, ect. They got the entire rip off and installation done in a single day. I saw all the packaging, and looked out frequently watching to make sure they were installing things exactly as it was outlined. They never missed a beat, and it looks like they never missed a nail. When they were done, the cleanup started. They cleaned up everything, and put anything the moved right back in place (Including the path lights). They wrapped up for the night. The next Day Mike came back out for the final clean up, walk around, and inspection. He did find a few items that needed to be cleaned up which he promptly took care of. We walked around the house, made sure everything done to our satisfaction. Gave him the final check and off he went. 24 hours later I received a customer satisfaction survey as a follow up. I must say we are so far completely satisfied with O'Leary Roofing.

We were educated about replacing a roof and given far more options than other roofing companies. The process was described in an extensive and detailed presentation. When the contract was signed, we were given frequent updates as to when the project would begin. On construction day, a project manager checked with us often and apprised us of progress. Cleanup was almost spotless. Overall, a job well done from beginning to end.

Professional and friendly. They take care of all of the details and permits needed and they keep you informed about what's happening. The work was excellent and I highly recommend.

I contracted with O’Leary Roofing on 1-22-2021 and they stated it would be about 6 weeks before the job could be started depending on the weather and would take about 2 days to finish. I received an email once a week on Thursday from O’Leary Roofing giving me an update on when they would be doing my roof. Because of weather my roof was scheduled for March 17th. They arrived at 7:30AM and completed the job the same day. It was a 6-man crew doing my roof. The roof was done in a professional manner and the clean up was exceptional. We did a walk around the property after they left and only found 2 nails which was amazing considering they tore the old roof off. The foreman on site Mike was excellent to work with and when he returned at the end of the day, I had a concern with a spot on the roof which was cosmetic, and he explained why it looked the way it did. I asked if he could do anything to improve the look and he immediately went up on the roof and fixed it to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend O’Leary Roofing for any job big or small and would give them the highest rating possible. They are not he cheapest around but are certainly worth the money.

Fantastic! Everything was wonderful from start to finish! Stephen came out for our estimate and he was knowledgeable and friendly. We received communication from the office weekly while we wait for installation. The day of the install went very smoothly, Mike and his team were very organized and efficient. Would definitely hire again!

Great! They communicate with you every week up to the job date. They arrived right on time and went to work. Cleanup was great. Supervisor follow up and check in was also appreciated. Highly recommend them!

Unexpectedly had to replace my roof due to leak from ice and rain. Called 3 different roofers and O'Leary Roofing was the only one who called me back that day which is unheard of in this area of the Poconos. John came out the next day and inspected our roof and explained the problem and that we would need a new roof. He showed us the 3 levels of roofing materials that we could go with and we having invested so much money into upgrades to our home already decided to go with their gold package which included the best materials on the market right now as well as the best warrranty. We decided to do a new roof on our breezeway and garage as well. They stayed in contact with us weekly until the installation of our new roof which was this past week and we couldn't be happier with the outcome. They sent enough installers to finish the job within two days, and Mike who supervised the installation made sure that none of our landscaping lighting or shrubs were damaged in the process, as well as overseeing the project. O'Leary Roofing employees all conducted themselves in a very professional and honest manner, taking all of our concerns into consideration. Their cleanup after installation was so thorough that you wouldn't have even known they were there except for your new beautiful roof. We will never contact anyone else besides O'Leary Roofing for all our future needs and definitely will recommend them to anyone with a roofing problem.

Excellent! The entire process was very professional from the evaluation with Stephan who explained our options with us so we could understand it better, the weekly updates from Erika was very helpful in reminding us when our appointment would be. Mike the project manager was very thorough with any questions I may have had. Install went very smoothly without any problems. Crew was on time, very polite and courteous, answered any questions I had during the install progress. Next project with O'Leary is our gutters, Will definitely recommend O'Leary Roofing hands down 110%!!!!

O'Leary was amazing. We received several bids for our new roof and selected O'Leary based on their professionalism and the best-in-class warrantee. They were able to complete the project WEEKS EARLIER than expected which is absolutely unheard of in the best possible way and the quality was A+.

Great, work had to be completed in phases due to weather but it looks great. Wife wanted to add metal roofing to accent the porch and dormers. I was hesitant at first, but am glad we went with this added work. Really looks good and sets the house apart from similar construction.
