Courteous, professional service. Calls and emails were returned promptly and the work was accomplished in a timely fashion, especially considering the non-stop rainy weather in 2018. The pricing was very fair and the workmanship excellent. The owner and crew were courteous, efficient and neat. The owner gave an excellent appraisal of what work needed to be done and did not try to oversell.

Arrived on time, ripped off old roof and replaced with new roof including all new plywood. Workers were excellent and cleaned up entire area and hauled debris away. Entire job took 3 hours, Couldn't ask for better service.

A friend recommended O'leary Construction to me, he said they were the best in the area, he was right. They were professional from start to finish. Customer service was excellent. The guys on the job and the products they used were superior. I had received several estimates O'leary construction was right in the middle, extremely reasonable considering the workmanship, liability coverage, and warranty offered. They replaced the entire roof including all plywood, they installed an attic fan. The crew started at 7:00 in the morning and were finished by 3:00, unbelievable. I walked the property when I got back and didn't find one nail or any kind of debris, they left the property the same as when they started. I would highly recommend John and Sheri and O'leary Construction to anyone.

My wife Patty and I are very pleased with O'Leary Construction and his crew. When phoning them we always got a fast, if not immediate, friendly response. I did not hear any foul language coming from John or his crew...it's nice to know that people can talk without using the "F" word. John came to check on the work himself! Everything was done in a fast and efficient manner. The job was completed in 1 day from start to finish! They protected our deck and all the grounds around the house from dropped nails, shingles, and other debris. Even though their clean-up was fast & efficient they did not "clean us out of house & home" -- their price was affordable. I would highly recommend O'Leary Construction to anyone! ~ Keith & Patty

Perfect! My roof was old and needed to be replaced. I obtained 3 different estimates and Mr. O'Leary's was the best as far as price went. He was extremely professional, friendly and gave me tips during the estimate process of what to look for in a professional roofing contractor, even if I did not choose him. The price wasn't the reason I chose him (although he beat all the estimates), it was his honesty and knowledge about the roofing business, plus I like hiring local, family owned businesses where possible. Once we had a contract, he provided me samples to take home to see what color/material matched best with my house, no rush to bring them back. When it came time for the installation, he and his team were right on time, finished the job in 1-1/2 days and after clean-up, my front yard looked like they were never there, they did such a great job at cleaning up. He was onsite and his installers were professional as well. I intentionally waited awhile to provide my review since I wanted to see how the roof held up over time. It's been well over a year now and with the enormous winds and rainfall we've had, plus last winter's snow, I am thrilled to say my roof is perfect! Would recommend Mr. O'Leary in a heartbeat!

Everyone arrived on time, they worked all day and when completed they picked up the garbage and disposed, staff was very professional and responsive. Robert was great and Sheri and John communicated as date approached. Price was great and roof looks beautiful, would recommend to everyone. Neighbors stopped by to compliment how nice our roof looked.

EXTREMELY PLEASED. I had several quotes. Top notch materials and installation and very fair price. As a single older woman sometimes people try to take advantage. Definitely not the case here. Beautiful job on an old Craftsman many compliments. Cleaned up my property without a single nail left behind. Definitely use this firm

John's was extremely professional. He was very knowledgeable about the product and recommended an excellent roofing that not only preforms better that expected but also looks great. He was punctual, returned every call, committed to completing the job in one day and followed through without any issues. The crew was also professional; they cleaned and protected the work area. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Like clock work. John and his team (of 5) were very prompt and professional. They showed up on time each day and started working right away (no loss of time). Because the job was large (large house roof plus a separate 3-car garage), they started placing tarps from bottom of roof to the ground so when they tore off the old roof (down to bare sheathing) they slide old debris down those tarps keeping it from spreading all over. The team stayed until dark the first day so they could complete about 80% of the main roof. Team was really dedicated, hard working, and had major experience doing their jobs. Team did an outstanding job with my new roof (looks great), couldn’t be more happy with the outcome and they also did a fantastic job cleaning up after job was completed, picking up even the smallest of trash and all nails. Would recommend O’Leary Construction for any roofing requirements large or small.

O'Leary Construction was great to work with from first contact to completion of roofing job. The details of the proposal included a great explanation of all the roofing products to be used including warranty information. The crew arrived a few minutes before the specified time and were very respectful of our property while working. The quality of the product and the workmanship was excellent. Cleanup was great. Everything was completed in a professional and timely manner. We are very happy with our new roof and would definitely recommend O'Leary Construction to our friends and neighbors.

We decided to get 3-quotes from 1) local roofer, 2) general contractor, and 3) large contracting firm. As one might suspect, the local roofer's quote was the lowest, by far. That firm was O'Leary's Construction; John met with us, explained everything in detail (his company (insurance, licenses, etc.), GAF products & warranties, prices, timelines, caring for our flower beds, etc.). While the other firms outlined similar matters, John's "down-to-earth" explanations really made it easy for us to understand what we would be getting if we hired his company. Well, his team arrived as stated, stayed on budget, finished the job as anticipated and cleaned up when finished; my wife & I found exactly 7-nails after they left! And, our new roof looks fantastic! Before we began, I told John about some drainage problems we had been experiencing over our front door. He studied the situation, made a couple of recommendations (new gutter & new gutter guards), which solved our dilemma, completely! Would we rehire O'Leary Construction? Absolutely!

After a nasty wind storm we had some minor roof damage. We called several roofers and O'Leary Construction was the only one to call back. He arrived when scheduled, fixed our roof properly including securing an area beyond the damaged area. Peasant individual, and charged us a very fair price.

It was a pleasure to work with Mr. O’Leary and his crew. We met, he provided a quote, we scheduled and within a couple of weeks the work was done. Mr. O’Leary remained in contact before and throughout the process. The work was done promptly and professionally. With the roof, they replaced 7 skylights and we couldn’t be any happier with the entire job. The clean up was outstanding as well. I would never hire anyone else. The pricing was right on target as well.

After getting several estimates I picked. O'Leary Roofing for many reasons. John was well credentialed, bonded and insured with a reasonable price. He explained the job was and quick to respond to any email or phone calls to answer my questions. The Job was done as scheduled. Who could ask for more. Rare to find a contractor who met all my expectations, On TIME (job completed as scheduled), on Budget ( Price was as quoted ) Great craftsmanship (roof looks amazing and area was so clean you would never know there was work done) Exceeded all my expectations! I have another home that will require a roof in a few years. If Mr. O'Leary travels to this area I will use his services again .

When my garage roof was really in need of replacement, and my house roof approached end of life I contacted a couple of companies for proposals. John won the deal because he clearly explained what needs to be done and why, how the project would be implemented, and how he would price it including options. He came across as very knowledgeable, experienced and professional. Within a day he sent me clear, detailed quotes for both objects, outlining the work he proposed to do. The pricing section unambiguously spelled out what's part of the deal, what's optional, and which extra expenses may be incurred once work starts. The price was reasonable, and the roofing material company John uses provides a very good insurance as well. When execution time came, John and his crew fully delivered on the expectations set in the beginning, in fact he exceeded them. They beat the initial scheduling timeline, finished in two days as promised, left no debris behind, and the new roofs look great and is well done. He could have charged extra for some items, but absorbed it instead in the initially planned budget. In summary, John is a honest business man. He and his crew did an outstanding job and I highly recommend them.

All went great. Door is beautiful and installed properly. Checked and rechecked. Blended exterior and interior work the best possible to work with what existed and remained so it all goes together perfectly. Clean up is excellent. Professionalism above and beyond but still friendly and gets to know and accommodate the desires of homeowner.

Went great. Measurements were done and windows ordered. Great manufacturing quality. Worked great in replacing windows with as little disturbance to other things in the house. Love the windows. Great clean up and haul away of old windows. Done very quickly and efficiently.

Fantastic Job! I would definitely recommend John O'Leary Construction LLC to anyone. He did the job as promised and it looks beautiful! He was here on time the day he said he would and finished this large job in less than 2 days start to finish with cleanup. He took off the existing shingle roof , replaced over 65 sheets of plywood, put the new roof back on, did the flashing and the gutter guards with clean up in less than 2 days. Oh....good news.... I guess......the roof will out live me now with a 50 year GAF Warranty! John still works on every job himself, although he has a very talented and capable crew. You will see what I mean when you see the pictures of the new roof! Oh...and one last thing.... I know everyone is apprehensive about putting money up front before the job is done.....but....don't be afraid ... I trusted John with 50% up front and he came through as promised. Then of course, John trusted me for the other 50% upon completion of the job. He is someone you can trust! Thank you to Angies List for finding John for me! ......Keep up the good work!

I had 4 other quotes from other vendors , they didn't detail any of the work , list any materials. What is left to say great job by O'Leary Construction. I would recommend him to my family and friends.
