Mt. Pocono Fence installed a new white victorian picket fence on my backyard. I must say that the owner, Mike, was very professional and punctual. Mike came to my house and did the estimate on the scheduled day and time that we agreed upon. The intial estimate was somewhat expensive, but after further negitiation, we both agreed on a price that I was comfortable of spending. His crew came on the scheduled time to do the installation. They were all great and courteous. I emphasized to them that I want the fence to be as close as possible to the ground, so my dogs would not be able to get out under the fence. They listened to my concerns. They even customized the gates to make sure that there would not be enough space for my dogs to get out. They also hauled way the old fence and cleaned up afterwards. The fence was installed in 2days as what was promised to me. I would highly recommend Mt. Pocono Fence to my friends.

We worked with Mike at Pocono Fence, he was great! He came to the house on time and reviewed everything with us and then came back to because we wanted to make changes. He was wonderful to work with and the fence came out great! We could not be happier. If you need a fence you will not be disappointed with the options and especially the service.

The two fences look great and appear sturdy. They were installed in 2 days. Performanc e will await time. This winter season should be a good test for ruggedness. As I did not put a timeframe to installation it is difficult to assess punctionality. They responded to my calls promptly. Cost was middle of road of several cost estimates.
