MOUNTAIN PEST CONTROL

Description of Work: We are on a three visit per year plan for over 7 years now. They do preventive treatment for bugs inside and out, set bait for mice, and advise of any new signs of activity and steps we should take to seal out the critters. They use a truck-mounted pressure spray system to spray the exterior foundation and eaves. A hand pump tank is used indoors to spray around the floorboards of all unobstructed walls, as well as the vents in the attic. When hornet nests appear under the eaves, they use a pole device to deliver insecticide into the nest. They remove unwanted bird nests and virtually anything nature throws at us. We recently expanded our coverage to have our garage/workshop building and parent's house next door treated. The workshop had an expensive repair several years ago when carpenter ants destroyed nearly the entire frame around a 12 ft overhead door opening. We hope to prevent a similar event in the future.
