Mr. Leon Clapper did an inspection on a property for the well pump. Scheduling an appointment was at my convenience and my time frame. He was very proffersional and on time. He explained what was wrong with the well pump thoroughly.

He was excellent. He was very responsive, he got here quickly and installed the toilets in the same day! He was very professional and we would highly recommend him to anyone.

Leon was prompt and responsive. An hour after calling him about my malfunctioning well pump, he told me he was doing work in the area, so he'd stop by with his truck and an extra pump (just in case). He was very professional, and got straight to work. He tested the electrical components, and then pulled the pump. Before installing the new pump, he showed me where the old pump was leaking from. He had two other guys with him, so he was done in less than two hours. In fact, from my phone call to completion took no more than 4 hours. Because I run a business, and this was an emergency, I hadn't asked about the price (which I normally always do because it's just a smart practice) before he started working. The price was incredibly reasonable. It cost maybe 5% more than I had paid for similar work in the past, but given Leon's quick response and professionalism, I was very pleased. I will definitely use him in the future.

Service, as usual, was superb. Response is always prompt, and in an emergency, on the same day! We have used him for over 30 years for a myriad of plumbing needs. They have always and consistently performed in an exemplary, professional manner!

Leon Clapper sent a crew the same day I called. Within hours they came and repaired the leak. This is the second time we used them with such great response.

Leon Clapper's Plumbing and Heating even came earlier than we thought. They were out of here less than an hour. They were just great. We've used them before. They're reliable. They do good work. And there's no fuss. They get to the problem. They don't stretch out the time. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need. They're very courteous, punctual and they just get to work and that's it. No fooling around, no wasting time, no stretching the time. We haven't had anything negative dealing with them. My sister uses them too.

He always comes when I call him. He is very fast when he comes. He usually sends two people, which is great. It will cost you a little bit more, but he gets the work done right. Even though he has got two people, it takes him half the time, so he comes out even.

He's one of the best. He's great. He's fantastic. He did a fantastic job. He put all wellpipe down there so it would never go bad again unlike my old steel pipe that was in there. You can't beat that man. If you want to put somebody on your list, I'm sorry to say. Everybody who he hires were real personable. He just bills me, he doesn't say give me a check. The man's just done a lot of work for me. He's been in to do my plumbing underneath the house and my house was built in 1902, so it had a lot of plumbing that was no good. I bought the house in 2004 and he's gradually brought be back to 2012. We came up into the area and it was all sealed. He had to take me from ground up, literally. They are very good that way. I have no doubt that anybody who will bring him in will say the same things. I guarantee you.

He is good. I would use him in the future.
