K & T Home Renovations LLC

I worked with Tamara who owns K&T, which specializes in home renovations. Tamara also runs an interior design company, which was extremely useful, as I was doing a renovation and needed help selecting furniture and decorating the house. Tamara was a pleasure to work with on executing the renovation as well as decorating the place. The job was done very well, and included putting in new doors, curtains, painting, and hanging up TVs. When it came to decorating, Tamara took full ownership of the project, designing everything from the layout of the furniture, to the exact furniture to buy, to purchasing home decorations and taking pictures of everything for my listing. She is also easy to reach and has a very flexible schedule. An added bonus of working with Tamara is that her husband is a fully licensed contractor, which saved time when I needed to do some minor renovation type work. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Everything went very well! Kris was very professional and showed me an issue with the porch roof that other contractors missed. Kris was very punctual and professional. His work was exceptional. Tamara did a fantastic job of keeping me informed along the way. The original front porch was sinking and pulling the roof down with it. Kris dug new footers, put lag bolts into the roof to secure it back in place and replaced the rotten, wooden railings. Awesome job! I've actually agreed to hire Kris to do some additional work that I didn't originally plan to do after seeing how well this work went. I'll write another review after that work is complete.

Could not have been more satisfied with the workmanship. Was very impressed with the professionalism and kept us update on progress as the house is remote. Would use K&T again without hesitation.

It went great! The removal of all the debris went quickly and the projects started immediately after and were completely in a timely manner. K & T Home Renovations is a very professionally operated company. Kris, the owner, follows through with his estimates and is on the job working and overseeing everything. I was kept informed during the projects which involved many details. The end results were more than I expected. They are fair with their pricing. I know, because they got other estimates. The workmanship and materials were all top. I am having my roof replaced and again after obtaining other estimates, K & T are doing the job. I highly recommend K & T Home Renovations for all your future jobs. Tamara is behind the scenes but also very helpful with any questions.
