Description of Work: I've used Joe Kloss plumbing a few times within the last 3 years and have found him to be reliable and honest. This last time I had a baseboard heat problem and Joe brought Brian Safin who replaced my kitchen baseboard heater and tested and replaced my household thermostats.

+ -1 moreThere was one night I called Joe in a panic (my usual state when there's a plumbing issue), he was very busy but promised he'd be by as soon as possible. He was, and did a nasty plumbing job for me then and there. This is the response I've always had from Joe and his phone number should be on everyone's speed dial.
Description of Work: I have nothing but good things to say about Joe. He's been out to my house many times, can't really say the exact date of his last visit, so I just put one in to satisfy the requirement above. I also can remember how much my last call cost, but he's never over-charged me. He's polite, friendly and comes out very promptly. His prices are reasonable and I highly recommend him! Always does a good job and is very professional.

+ 0 moreWent very well - the new system is working as designed. Well installed. Joe and his assistants are quick and thorough and on time.
Description of Work: Joe installed baseboard heat in our new addition a few years ago and did a great job. So, we got an estimate from him for a new high-efficiency boiler, separate water heater (the old one was a coil in the boiler) and complete re-plumbing of the boiler room. Joe recommended that we use a new external water heater so the boiler does not need to stay hot constantly, as this creates much waste heat in the summer. Great idea, and we still get plenty of hot water for six people in the house. He also showed us a new Microtek 3 low-mass boiler that heats up quickly, but cools off quickly when not needed. This also aids efficiency and response. Seems to be working as described!
