Mr. Stewart came to our front door and asked if we wanted our house painted. I,m skeptical of people just showing up to do work and said we'd think about it but didn't think we'd do it. However, the rear of the house was losing stucco and needed painting, so I looked into his offer. The company is lic. in Utah (#5282956-5501) and no issues reported on the state website. They had been used by a number of my neighbors over the past 5 years. The ones I spoke with were very happy with the work done and the elastomeric coating had held up well. I also reviewed various websites for information on elastomeric coatings and it looked like a good coating for stucco. I called him back and he came out within a couple of hours to review the work and draw up a contract. We did a walk through and determined what needed to be done and included all of that in the contract. The contract called for payment in full upon completion but no up front money. Two men came out and powerwashed the house the next day. The powerwash wash well done but left our windows filthy. The stucco man came out a day or so later. He did an excellent job. The new stucco's pattern matched our old and he did a good clean up job. After the stucco cured (3/4 days), two men came out and started the prep work which took a day and 1/2. They then came back and started the spray painting which took about 1/2 a day. They did the final clean up after the painting was done . This included removing the taping, reattaching the downspouts and general debris removal. You should expect to clean or have your windows cleaned when the job is finished. Looking at the various parts we felt: The Powerwash was well done The stucco man was excellent The prep work was well done The painting itself was well done but as they painted they damaged a number of plants and shrubs (breaking off yucca flower stalks, crushing some cactus, breaking branches off shrubs and damaging some of my wife's vegetables. Some of the plants in the front (final area done) were not covered well and had a coating of paint on them. The workman generally tried to stick the broken piece in the ground or pot which didn't help them. We would rather they had let us know so we could have replanted some of the items. Despite the plant damage (our only issue), we would recommend this company and would use them again.
