 + 0 moreI hire George Fetch to do a "simple" subdivision. All property is state road frontage so it should have been an easy job. The job should should have taken 2 months from start to finish with township approvals took OVER a year because George kept forgetting to record things on the plans, missed township meetings, refused to return phone calls and I had to do a LOT work myself which he tried to charge me for in addition to the $1,600 I already paid him. I'm not sure if he is even still in business but I would steer clearn of George Fetch.
