Both times - and now this is a third time - the rep says I need to speak with a supervisor because they'd charged additional fees for equipment that I didn't need without notifying me, and I stupidly just paid them... for a long time. So, it's been over 3 months since I first reached out to them, even showing up at their office doesn't work to get the credit applied. But meanwile they required me to pay up for an upgrade because I had a and quot;balanceand quot; on my account. Their fees are outrageous. And, no bundle package for anyone who wants the highest Internet speed? Years ago, I used to have a landline phone and cable TV with them and looking at these options anew -- because now I want them again -- I'm convinced they're quietly taking advantage of a near-monopoly in their category. Go to their office on a Saturday and you'll find other folks who basically agree that in the absence of another comparable option, we just keep paying....

Overall I'm happy but wished they would have started me out with a premium package. Now it feels like the reeled me in and everything I really want is extra!

They have good packages that met my needs and also conformed to the requirements in my community which forbids outside wires and satellite dishes. The technician who installed was on time and did a good job. The phone support is excellent and the customer service staff is efficient and very friendly.

We recently moved here 7 months ago and since they are the only cable provider in town, we had to use them. We have had nothing but problems with their service, the internet constantly goes out, and web pages don't resolve properly. The TV goes to gray screen and says we are not subscribed to the channel when we are. They have replaced the DVR box 2x, the hard drive failed both times, which is mathematically impossible within 6 months to have 2 hard drives fail. They told us we need to say and quot;pleaseand quot; for them to fix our service when we are paying a premium dollar for they garbage. MOVING TO DIRECTV NOW

Blue Ridge's technician was wonderful. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He was also very knowledgable and fixed our problem very quickly.

Our appointment window was 10-12, and the installer was here at 10:15. Fortunately, we had the same young man that hooked up our original cable- a bonus because our house can be hard to find. The installer, Jon Lewis (tech #81155) did a very professional job with the installation. The cable had to be run around the house, and Jon attached it neatly to the outer wall just above our deck, brought it through the wall behind the sofa, and ran the cable along the base of the fireplace. He cleaned up the work area, and left the room neat.

We don't have very many options up here. All in all, even though I think they are highly priced, their service has been very good. Every time I have called them up they have been very helpful. When they come to change something out they are on time, they do their thing and they leave. Because I think their price is kind of high, I would give them a B overall. Because of where I live, I don't have a lot of options. For what I get, I just think they price is kind of high. The quality is good. They have been very good when I call up on the phone.

I have been using them for about 8 years and I think their prices are extremely outrageous. They are the only cable company in our area and are very responsive if you need them. There is very little variety in the TV channel packages they offer but if I want cable TV I have to use this company in the future.

I have been using Blue Ridge Communications for about 2 years. I have not had any problems with this company. I have a bundle package with them for phone, internet and cable services.

They are the only provider in the area so I have to be pleased with them. I have been in the area for 30 years and they are the only ones in the area. Their prices are pretty expensive and the service is acceptable. There are no competitors for me to compare their services. I will have to continue to use them as I have no other choice and will recommend them to anyone who moves into the area.
