I hired this company to clean my yard of leaves and to clean the beds of leaves plus debris. When I called for an estimate, the owner came out and looked at the yard and left an estimate to clean the yard for the "season" for $595 plus tax. My wife called him up after seeing the estimate and was explicit that when he meant cleaning for the season it meant coming to pick up the yard more than once. The owner agreed and it was explicitly agreed between him and my wife that he would clean the yard once before Thanksgiving and once after Thanksgiving. His crew came once before Thanksgiving and did a good job of cleaning the yard of leaves and debris. No complaints on my part so far. Then I got an invoice for the whole quoted price at the end of November. As he had not returned yet for the second time to clean the remaining leaves that had fallen since after Thanksgiving, I phoned him to ensure that it was his intention to come back one more time. He acted like he was surprised that I expected him to return a second time. I told him that I would not pay him until he returned to finish cleaning the leaves that remained after Thanksgiving. I short paid his invoice on December 11th by only $50 bucks trusting that he would come back sometime soon. As of December 18th, he had not returned. I ended up cleaning the rest of the leaves myself because as of December 18th he did not complete cleaning the yard a second time as agreed. A couple days after I cleaned the remaining leaves out of my yard, his crew arrived and cleaned up what few leaves were left after my efforts. Then he sent me the bill for the remainder of the outstanding invoice. I ended up paying him the full amount but did a lot of the work myself. At the very least, the owner of this company communicates very badly.

Economical & friendly to deal with. Sometimes a little slow in showing up according to schedule. No real complaints about service otherwise.
