All went well. Joel arrived to give an estimate, prompt and very professional. We were notified a few days ahead of the date the work was to be done. The crew arrived promptly at the specified date and time, completed the job faster than promised, and cleaned up nicely afterwards.

This was our first time using Joshua Tree. We have a very mature property with old large trees and have spent countless dollars on tree removal over the years. Joshua Tree was by far the most professional and quality company we have ever dealt with as far as tree work. The crew was great and they arrived as scheduled. They did a great job of cleaning up. It was an outstanding job. We were very satisfied with the experience.

Salesman showed up and gave me a fair price after a little negotiation.... very professional crew showed up in two trip. First trip for cutting down the tree and second trip for grinding down the stumps (one from previous rainstorm).

We have talked with other tree companies but none have matched the service we receive from Joshua Tree.

Their price is comparable. I would absolutely use them again. I already signed a contract for next year. They're on time. They call ahead of time to let us know when they're coming. One guy even helped me rake leaves so he could put the fertilizer down. They're very good. They're great.

They kept to their word. They were very polite. The work was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves, they took all the branches with them. I would tell someone looking to use them to go for it.

The service was as good as what he did with my daughter.

The cost of service was a lot, but they all are because we had several estimates. They did the work. They cleaned up. They planted seeds. They did everything. It was nice.

They are very good. They took down 100ft oak trees. They did it in a way that that we knew that the trees would be taken down in a safe manner. Nobody would be hurt. No damages to our property. They came very recommended to us.

Very well, Joshua Tree are total professionals. They responded promptly to my initial request for an estimate. The total job was done in 3 parts by three different crews who were courteous, professional and caring about the job they did. They took the time to answer my questions about the work they were doing.

It went great! In less than one hour, most of the trees were removed. If not for mother nature's interruption (thunder storm) they would've had all the work done within 2 hours tops

We didn't contact any other places. We just went with them. We would use them in the future.

They were perfect! I thank Angie's List for helping me. Every time I call someone who's recommended to me, the job is done is very well! The people that I called and talk to are always courteous and cooperative. My Son and I took a picture with the two men as they took the tree down. They were very willing, they were just laughing. Even my nosy neighbor came out to see what was going on, and she also took a picture with them too. I got a piece of the old tree now, and I'm going to make a table out it! My neighbor asked me for parts of the tree and she took a couple piece too. I highly recommend Joshua Tree to anyone who needs tree service.

Exceptional service! First, they helped remove a dead SUV from the neighbor's parking pad, which needed to be moved out of the way for a crane to come in. The tree was in a tricky spot on a hill in between two houses, and they used the crane to bring it down in pieces and then lift the pieces over a power line and my neighbor's roof. Clean up was great. The guys were patient when dealing with the broken-down SUV, and the whole project ran incredibly smoothly.

Joshua Tree provided excellent service with a substantial crew to perform the work. Their pricing was fair and reasonable for the work performed. They were exceedingly professional, answered all of my questions, and performed excellent service. They were prompt and ready to work. The crew cleaned up the work area as the job proceeded, and left the yard pristine with no extra work required on my part. Joshua Tree is very focused on trimming trees responsibly and correctly, and now my trees look excellent again. I will certainly contact Joshua Tree for all my future tree trimming needs.

The firm is located in Allentown, but when I requested service in Palmerton, over 20 miles away, they were happy to make the drive to estimate the work. The technician arrived promptly on schedule and was extremely knowledgeable and very pleasant. He estimated the work, identified the tasks involved and provided a ball park estimate of the costs, which was extremely reasonable. Once I agreed to the work, they notified me in advance when workmen would arrive and what would be done in each step of the procedure. Very professional and very pleasant. I couldn't be happier with the service and will certainly use them in the future should the need arise.

Everything looked great! I met them, went to work and came home to everything looking perfect! And the trees look great, cant wait to see them in the spring. I wont miss the Rose of Sharon bush, it was too messy. They cam back to ground down the stump, I didn't even know they had done it until I saw the pile of shavings! Good job Joshua Tree!

Joshua Tree sprayed my linden tree for Japanese beetles on three different occasions for different types of beetles. The results were good. They were very knowledgeable and responsive.

Two visits.... First part, two crews came and took off the Spruce and clean up the brushes in my backyard and front yard. They were professional, courteous and work continuous with a small break. Second part, one person did the two stumps by himself. They all worked professional and efficiently. I'd definitely use them again and recommend them for others!

Ivan showed up exactly on time to give me an estimate after evaluating our trees. An appointment to spray the trees followed, and the the person who sprayed our trees was on time, courteous, and professional.

I had two fairly large trees in front of my house that needed pruning. They were very mature and misshapen due to storm damage several years ago. I was advised by another vendor to remove the trees and replace them but that would have radically changed the look of our property and I didn't want to do that unless absolutely necessary. I found Joshua Tree through Angie's list and called for a consultation. Ivan took a look and felt that he could prune and shape them so I hired them to give it a shot. The results are excellent! I was very happy with the results, especially in light of how challenging the job was. All aspects of working with this company were great...excellent communication, courteous, prompt, and fair pricing. I'm sure I could have gotten someone to do it for less money but I'm also certain I wouldn't have gotten the professional results that Joshua Tree delivered. I highly recommend this company.

I was delighted with Joshua Tree. The response from its owner was immediate. He came out and spoke with me about the work I needed done. I have used other tree services in the past and found Joshua Tree to be much better than the others. They did want I wanted done and left the grounds clean. I would use them again.

The crew of three showed up as planned. The representative that I originally met with came and made sure that all work was being completed according to our discussions. This was a two day project. Three tress were completely removed and the stumps were ground down at a later date. Limbs from two trees were removed that hung over the driveway and garage. Four trees were thinned out and dead limbs removed. They had a wood chipper that easily handled even the largest branches, and debris was constantly being cleaned up. All debris was cleaned up before they left. When the job was finished, the work was discussed to make sure that I was satisfied. Overall I has extremely satisfied. I will use Joshua Tree in the future.

Very professional, estimate and talk about work to be done beforehand. Crew was punctual, very polite and efficient. They probably underestimated the value of the deal because the same deal offered later was more expensive. This was a three person crew for an entire work day, and they worked all day. Nice cleanup, responsive, asked if everything was OK, and was there anything more that they could do.
