She is very impressed with them. The limb that fell also pulled the telephone wire away from the house and the utilities company couldn’t come out for another week so a guy from Joshua Tree reattached it for her. They responded to my mother in a good way so she has stayed with them for years. I don’t know what the cost is, but she is happy with whatever they charge. They are extremely well-equipped, they have experienced people on the crews, and they know what they are doing. She has no worries with them.

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. I was quite suprised that the first time calling Joshua Tree, a very pleasant person actually answered the phone. Unfortunately I cannot recall his name but he was very friendly and helpful. Ivan came the next day to assess our problems, explained everything in detail and made suggestions. We received an estimate on the cost in a few days and the work was done approximately 3 weeks later. The crew was exceptionally professional, knowledgeable and friendly. All the work was completed in approximately 2 hours, including clean up. Fantastic company!

A representative from Joshua Tree came to our house, looked at the tree, and gave us an estimate for the work. He explained in detail what was needed, and how they would attack the project. We signed an agreement, a date was set for the work, and they showed up on time, went to work with a crew of 5 men, and by the end of the day, the tree was trimmed, the branches picked up, and even the leaves dropped were picked up. You couldn't tell that any work was done by the neatness of the yard, although they hauled away a large amount of trimmings. The crew was very professional, and you could tell they were used to working together. Everyone knew their assigned tasks, and the work proceeded smoothly.

I got three bids for the work that we needed done and although Joshua Tree was higher than the others, I believed, after meeting with them and talking to them, that they seemed to understand best what I wanted, and I thought they would do a great job for us. I am happy to say that I was correct! This job involved removing 5 dead or dying trees, and pruning and thinning out, and raising up over 40 more trees on our block long campus. I explained to Joshua and Ivan what we wanted and why we needed to do what we were doing and they offered their ideas and expertise as to how to best accomplish it. They were here when they said they would be and if they had to make a change, they called me in advance. They were in constant contact by phone or email regarding the progress of the job . Everyone that I dealt with from Joshua and Ivan to the guys on the different crews that worked here were pleasant, and courteous and great to work with. Since our project involved a lot of areas where we had to get cars moved, they worked well with doing sections at a time to lessen the inconvenience on our tenants. They also have the equipment needed to do the job safely and neatly. I also need to add that they cleaned up so well after they were done, you would never have known that someone was here working on the trees -- something you don't see with many other tree services. This is a very professional organization! When the job was completed we walked the grounds to make sure that everything was correct. They received payment after the work was completed. We are extremely happy with the work they did and the way the trees look! I would definitely use Joshua Tree again and would recommend them to others.

The entire process of hiring this company and having them complete the work was a pleasure. I knew this would be expensive, since the trees are big, but they were willing to give me a good price if I could wait until winter to have the service done, when they weren't as busy and needed work for their crew. The trees look great now and there was absolutely no debris left over from all the trimming they did.

Called this morning, they said would do stump grinding when snow was gone, they came out today to cut the tree down and removed it very nicely, no debris. Excellent emergency tree care service. Very friendly, prompt, professional customer service calls.

Joshua Tree saved a tree several years back that all other companies recommended cutting down. They now treat all trees and shrubs on an annual basis. Landscaping looks great. They are an excellent company to work with. Highly recommend their services.

I met Joshua and Brian at the Allentown Home Show - they seemed to really have a passion for what they did and I liked that! I have seen many trees "trimmed" and they end up being butchered! Joshua came to the house to do the walk around to discuss work we needed done, and also pointed out some other infestations that needed dealt with in our hemlock tree! We got the estimate and were astounded at how reasonable the price was! Everytime they came and did work they provided information on all the work done, chemicals used as well as nutrients used. They saved a flowering plum that we were sure would have to come out; they trimmed that tree, gave it medication to remove the infestation of pests and nutrients to give a boost to restore it to health!! They discovered pests in a white birch tree and provided trimming and medication to improve the health of that tree! They also located bugs starting to infest our hemlock tree (the state tree) and trimmed and provided pest erradication and nutrients for that tree. They trimmed and fertilized shrubs that were suffering from the harsh winter and removed two pine trees that were not placed well in the yard, and then came back to grind those stumps as well as the stump from another birch tree that we lost to disease... if we had found Josh sooner - that tree would probably have been saved! It was a great expereince and I have been thrilled to provide them with references and will continue to do so whenever they ask!!

The man from Joshua Tree came out and did a nice job of spraying our trees. They will be back in the fall to spray and fertilize. Our first spraying was $83.

Storm caused large branch to break off tree and damage fence and garage. Joshua tree responded quickly with an estimate, which they emailed to me at my request given that I live in Massachusetts and was handling the situation for my mother who lives in the Lehigh Valley. They informed me it would about four or five days before they could get to the job because the storm had caused so much work for them. They arrived with the crew on the appointed day and, according to my mom, worked nonstop for several hours to remove the branches and main trunk. A few days later, as promised, they returned to grind the stump. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and professional on the phone, and my mom had the same experience in person. There were no problems. I would highly recommend this firm.

Went very well. They showed up before the promised time both to evaluate the job / give an estimate, and again when they did the work.

We have used Joshua Tree for monthly maintence and annual maintence for about three years and they are very efficient and thorough.

I would use them again but we did have a little problem with them. When they were spraying the trees, some of the fertilizer got on some of my flowers that usually blossom all year long. I called them and let them know. They did apologize.
