Brandyn quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem. Before he left he tested everything to make sure it was working properly (it is now heating more efficiently and quieter than it ever has.) I have used Thomas Electrical Services for more than 25 years. Some projects were quite large (completely rewiring the house to satisfy code requirements; rerouting the main power lines from the street to be underground and installing a new electrical service box; installing electric radiators throughout the house.) Others were smaller (installing a whole-house attic fan; making various emergency electrical repairs.) This repair was probably the smallest one they have taken care of, but as always, it was done professionally, promptly, carefully and cleanly, and at a reasonable cost. Just bought a home and did not know any electricians in the area. They were recommended to me by the person selling me the home. They were cheaper then a previous quote and did a great job. Before having the work done he took his time looked over everything and explained everything that needed done. I will definitely use them again!

I hired Thomas Electrical for 2 jobs. The first was to troubleshoot problems with a previously installed electrical connection plugin for my portable generator, and make necessary repairs. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the faulty plugin. The they relocated the proper circuit breaker and installed a manual safety interlock for the main breaker, proper installation method. The second job was to relocated all of my cable and electrical service wires from the old overhead installation to an underground installation. Mr. Thomas was instrumental in his coordination with the utility folks. An extraordinary development along the way was the discovery of a large boulder in the path dug for the new wire conduit piping. The guys hand cut and chiseled through the solid rock to achieve and maintain the proper depth for the conduit. They did not just bend the pipe up and over the rock, above and beyond, I'd say. The crew was punctual, communications were very good, the price was right. We are happy with the projects we hired them to do. They were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Thank you Doug and company for an excellent job! The property looks a lot better without all those wires overhead.

easy, smooth, exceptional with all aspects of the job. Came back and made changes as I changed my mind: ex: I bought special light fixture for the kitchen. After several months I decided I needed a light fixture with a fan and they came and changed it out for me. They had no problem with me buying the fixtures to be installed.
