My heat pump wasn't keeping its charge and was leaking freon. I have used the services of Gemmill Plumbing and Heating in the past and always found them to be reliable and reasonable with their fees so I called them in to fix this problem. The technician initially charged my system and added freon but two weeks later the charge was gone and the freon had again leaked out. The technician came to my house again and this time put dye in the line to determine where the leak was. When he returned there was no dye showing anywhere so he advised that the leak had to be in my lineset inside my walls. After considering the cost of installing a new line set I decided to have them complete the installation. When the install of the new line set was completed and the system recharged the technician found the initial leak. It was in the coiler in my attic unit. The lineset wasn't needed after all. But because they were unable to find the initial leak they offered to replace the coiler at their cost and to provide the labor at no additional cost to me. WW Gemmill is an honest contractor. They are human and make mistakes like the rest of us but they stand behind their service with integrity. You won't go wrong using their services.

reroutedThey came on time. They included me in all of the details of the permanent repair. They did the repair in a very timely manner. They took hot and cold water lines that for some reason only known to the builder and rerouted the water lines. by doing this the problem won't happen again as the lines are now in the house, where they should have been when the house was built. If they had just come and put a bandaid on the repair I would be facing the same problem again in the future. I am very happy with my interactions with both Randy, Wayne and Mr. Gemmill

They were excellent. The man who came was a perfectionist. He did a beautiful work. He was very neat. He did more than was required. He worked very hard. He even stayed late one night to finish everything up. I am extremely pleased with him. We would get them again as plumbers because he is a good worker.

They have been excellent. The people are very good. They always have good manners and they always know what they are doing. They always explain things very clearly. We have dogs and they are always mindful of our dogs. We've had to have some pretty expensive work done. We had a pretty serious situation with the well. The charges for the air conditioner have been reasonable. They are the only ones we ever use.

They have always been very good; they are plumbers and we've had various things worked on. They have always been able to get there fairly quickly; they do a good job and we have not had any problems with them. Their price is pretty normal and I will use them again in the future.

It was an evening emergency air conditioning problem. We had water running through our ceiling. We have used them for a very long time. We never had any problem with them to get out here fairly quickly. They do a good job and clean up after themselves.

They are prompt, reasonably priced and thorough, they are responsible. If anything is wrong they always come back to fix any problems. Everything they have done for us has been done to our satisfaction.

COLD MARCH DAY NO WATER. VERY PROMPT, VERY THOROUGH IN CHECKING OUT THE SYSTEM. PULLED OLD PUMP AND INSTALLED NEW WIRING. VERY EASY TO WORK WITH, EXPLAINED TO ME HOW IT ALL WORKED. GAVE TIPS FOR GOOD MAINTENANCE. FUN TO WORK WITH. THEY GAVE LIGHT TO A REALLY TOUGH DAY.
