This business is owner operated. The owner is licensed and insured in MD and PA. We do sub-contracting work as well. Customers are usually expected to pay 1/3 of total job when contract is signed, and the remaining payments are broken up according to the job.

We can do any aspect of home improvements or remodeling. We specialize in additions, but no job is too small or too big. We remodel kitchens, bathrooms, and basements, replace windows, repair or replace roofs, decks, and fencing, complete flooring, tilework, interior trimwork, painting. We also repair damage due to water or fire. Owner is a certified home inspector as well as contractor so he is very familiar with codes and regulations.
