+ -1 moreWe had a 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath, with masonry fireplace built. Les does the brick work himself and did a great job. He is local and has built many homes in the area.
Description of Work: Les bulit our home in 1991. We were very pleased with quality of workmanship and it has been over 24 years and no major issues. We would recommend him for any building project you may have.

+ -1 moreLes Matthews came right away, I called him and he made an appointment. He built the house, and he also gave me, he's doing a lot more for me. He is going to put a lot more stuff in the house, the other ones wouldn't give me a full basement but he's going to give me a full basement, and he's going to do a lot of other things I requested. I kind of trust him because I know his work, he's built a lot of homes around here.
Description of Work: They provided an estimate, but I did sign a contract with Les Matthews. The estimate was for a room addition, an extention of the house, a complete room addition with a foundation and basement and everything.
