Crew was very polite and friendly, the area was cleaned up before they left. They even repaired some mortar that had cracked when the lintel failed. "Similar to lady from Lititz. Epoxy/stone coating on pool deck. Anchors for cover do not hold. Stone started coming off right away. Was told that another coat of sealer would turn it yellow. Last year when we complained were told â  you and everyone elseâ  . No solution offered. This year was admonished for not power washing and having it resealed. So much is coming off, power washing would remove the rest! Accused of fabricating previous calls. That was April or May. Sent pics and no response. Canâ  t believe they are still n business!"
