He's been promising to fix it for months. Now can't find him. He gives us the run-around. He messed up our deck. Picked the wrong materials. Every time the wind blows my desk fencing falls apart. "The replacement started out fine. The quality of the work is relatively good. He did replace the deck flooring but there is an area that needs support that he did not place any. He was supposed to order deck railing for us and come back and install it but after contacting him and telling him what color of railing we would like, he did not contact us any further and did not finish the deck. We are now left with a deck and no railing."
