I donâ  t even know where to begin to review this hardworking, honest and courteous company. Everyone that I encountered during the mold remediation project was simply top notch, beginning with the operators and office staff. The difference that I have noticed in the health of my home is phenomenal. If you want an unwarranted, inexpensive, Band-Aid job, call someone else; but if you want it done right, call this companyâ  they only know how to do quality work

On time and was here on day promised.

In cleaning the ducts, they vacuumed into they equipment the center post used to open and close the duct. I discovered it missing 2 days after the service and called them. They said they would check with the technician and call me back; they never did. The following week I called again and this time they said that they had found the piece and would mail it to me. It took a third call the following week to finally get an answer as to when I would receive it as it had not arrived in the mail. How is it that they find something in their equipment and do not notify the customer of that fact?? How did it take 3 phone calls before I got an answer? Why did it take a week to have it finally returned?? While they might do a good job of actually cleaning the ducts, the professionalism of the service and how they handle issues has a lot to be desired.

Their team were on site and completed work as promised at what seemed to be a reasonable cost.

Crew come on time as promised. Courteous and polite crew members. Will hire again....

Gladhill Services simply has been amazing so far. The workers were diligent and considerate. They cleared our basement of years of damaged goods through a window so the main level of our house was unaffected. An additional worker came by to haul away debris. I learned later that he is the president of the company. He worked as hard as his crew. We are looking forward to phase two of the project which involves installing a DryTrac system and whole house dehumidifier.

I assume the value paid was indeed the value received. Time will tell, plus, I do not know how we will tell the difference. I am hoping there is less dust buildup on our furniture. Seems like it accumulated over night. The job estimate was a couple of hundred dollars less than the competition. These people are very busy, so don't expect an immediate visit to do the work. From the time I called to the appointment date, which was actually moved up a week, was just over a month. We are pleased with the job they two young men that were here did. Very courteous, hard workers. I recommend this company.

Amazing results. Polite workmen. Returned to a clean house. Awoke next morning without usual sinus congestion. Have the results I hoped for.

It was a pleasure to work with Gladhill Services to resolve my mold problem. They answered all my questions and were patient, very courteous, and professional.

They did a really thorough job!! ! Dave went above and beyond expectations. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. A real professional! We would definitely recommend Gladhill Services for mold remediation. Our crawl space is only 3.5 ft high and the mold was everywhere on the the floor joists up to the insulation lightly but worse in some parts. The Mold-Care added to Boro-Care (a special ammonia product in borate solution by Nisus corp) with a blue green dye added so you can really see that they got every square inch. Hard Work on gravel with toxic solution- ammonia - that can burn the lungs but really kills the mold even into the roots - really worth the price! Still need a dehumidifier to dry it out afterward though.
