WOODCRAFT INDUSTRIES INC

My first order with Woodcraft Industries was a disaster due the lack of communication and disorganization within the company itself. I like to give people a second chance, therefore, during the process of placing my second order I decided to make it as dummy proof as possible. Did not work. I still received a few wrong pieces. I spoke with Kathy in customer service and was told that I could get the correct pieces within 3 weeks. My cabinet installer was already hard at work. Kathy said that the only way I could get the correct cabinets was to pay freight. I had already paid over $300 in freight and told her I felt it was an unacceptable request to expect me to pay another freight because it was their mistake and they should correct it. She transferred me to her manager whom never returned my call and expected my sales rep. to solve the problem. Classic case of passing the bucket. I will never order from them again. This is what happens when you deal with companies that are way too big.
