Their crew was courteous and professional; they left the site clean at the end of each day and their work was superior. The products recommended were excellent quality, and while they were not the low bidder, they provided excellent value. We now have what looks like a new home. I would recommend Veronesi Building & remodeling without hesitation.

We ended up replacing 12 windows of all different sizes (including smaller ones in the basement) and I think that they did an excellent job of measuring and installing. The windows were top of the line, but the price was fair and it's made a huge difference in the warmth of the house. It took about 4 days and the guys even came when the wind chill was below zero just to finish up on the last day. Brent is the sweetest guy and very reliable via phone when I called him with questions.

Because the original DIY concrete floor was cracking, I had to replace it with a brand new floor with steel beam support. The pour was especially complex because it was over a basement area which included the heater and a door to the outside. It was definitely expensive, but my project manager was very calming and very patient with my questions and with waiting for me to secure financing. They also do a good job keeping the area safe and neat (important because of my dog) and keeping me apprised with updates. I wouldn't want to do this again, but I will say the garage floor looks awesome and the garage door works better than ever. They did come in slightly under budget as well which is notable because a few glitches did occur.

1. Window replacement in first bedroom had a mistake in production on the opening mechanism, which meant I would have to wait for new window. I allowed them (as a favor) to use that window as a replacement for a second bedroom and let them reorder for first bedroom. The replacement window came a bit larger size (on whose measurements?) than original which required enlarging the opening and making it necessary to replace the venetian blind. Both windows had to be stained and painted. They used my one car garage for this process which took them three days to finish. 2. The air-conditioner went in smoothly, but after they left I discovered the room heating was on and it was summertime. Thermostat was not responding at all. Veronesi sent an 'electrician' who struggled to figure out the problem. The whole unit had to be removed from the wall. It was determined that, at installation, an electric wire in the wall serving the baseboard heater had been nicked. Repairing the problem required splicing the wire -- cutting a hole in the wall leaving an ugly patch plate to cover the repair. Veronesi never apologized for the mishaps. Only complained they were 'losing money on the deal'. Perhaps they should reconsider sending 'second string' employees to work on the small jobs.

Absolutely great! One of the 19 was not the right size and they had to re-order, but removed one from the back that had already been installed & re-installed it in the front while we waited for the correct one to arrive (totally a cosmetic request from us, that they were very willing to do to address the error) . We loved the windows so much & we so very happy with "The whole Process" that we are having them install 6 more windows with the blinds between the panes, a bay window and 6 basement windows .

We had eight new windows installed on our porch by Veronesi. The contract was signed on 5/12/11 with work to begin in approx. 6 weeks and take only one day. After hearing nothing from the company representative we contacted him in early July to see where things stood. We were told it took longer to get in the windows than anticipated but work would start soon. After a couple of calls from him with estimated starting times that didn't happen, he finally called and said the installers would be there about mid-morning on July 19th. At 3:30 pm on July 19th we received a call saying they weren't going to make it but would arrive July 20th, which they did. Long story short - the job took three days, not one, they did not thoroughly clean up their mess inside or outside and when removing the old windows they cut two small chunks and one larger chunk out of the porch paneling (but didn't tell us). While we were at work, they actually placed their garbage bins in front of our garage door and left them there which meant we could not access our garage (I was not about to move them). When we paid the invoice we included a letter stating our disappointment with the entire process - including the lack of communication on their part - to which they responded with a phone call and an unannounced visit but in our opinion didn't offer anything but excuses. There are two upsides - we didn't have to put money down or pre-pay in full and the windows do look great. However, this project went nothing like we were promised by the company representative which is very disappointing.
