I ordered a telephone/internet/Direct TV bundle online. I went to complete the order and it said that it could not process my credit card at this time. The next day I get an e-mail from Direct TV with an account number. I called Verizon and the phone and internet portion of the order had not been processed. I had to call three different numbers prior to getting any useful help. The lady created an order for me over the telephone but wasn't able to link the Direct TV account number to my phone and internet bundle. She suggested that I call Direct TV and then e-mal her the accoutn number. I called Direct TV and recieved the same number over the phone that I had recieved in my e-mail. As of right now Verizon has not been able to link my Direct TV account number with my bundle. Also, I have to call back after the order has been completed in order to recieve the $5 online discount because she created the telephone and internet order over the phone.

They provide the land line phones. It’s been all right until about 4 weeks ago. I was without phone service for 6 days and we had contacted them off course. Then the final analysis what was told to us by the service guy was, one of their equipment boxes was run into by a vehicle about a block away. They had considerable difficulty as lots of people were having problems with their phone due to that collision and they simply waited till the customer called in, to investigate individual problems. There was no urgency to it at all. The other thing that irritated me greatly is that I tried many times and I could not find a way to talk to a human being, all I got was interior conversations. I’ve had this service for 20 years. There are cheaper services but I had thought they would be a little better. I’m rethinking the whole thing about my telephone provider now. I can’t complain about the service guy that came, but I sure could complain about the lack of ability to talk to a human being in that company. I think I’m going to change and I'm looking for other options especially in the communication area.
