The customer service getting the spa delivered was a nightmare. There was confusion over electrical needs - who was responsible for connections. They communicated that we needed to have a breaker put in, but did not inform us until two days before delivery that it was also our responsibility to have an electrician available for hook up on the night of delivery. They demanded a cashiers check for the remainder of the balance two days before delivery. There was no start up kit of chemicals to start the hot tub upon delivery. They didn't stay to fill up the tub or show how to put in chemicals. We had to go to the store and buy chemicals,read the manual ourselves and figure out how to operate the spa. The representative accused both my husband and myself of "keeping information" from each other. It was a very unusual and not a pleasant experience. We had purchased a hot tub in another state and their sales person arrived at our house, hooked up the electrical, filled up the tub and presented us with a start up kit of supplies. They also showed us how to operate the spa. When you spend $6,000 dollars you expect better service. The people at PDC spas were more helpful than their representative.
