We first met Bob by accident when he was in our neighborhood installing new shut off valves and backflow preventer as required by our local water authority. And we're glad we did meet him! Prior quotes we had received from other plumbers we have used in the past were $600. Bob did the same job for $175! Then when our kitchen sink became clogged and would not drain we called Bob. He came the very next morning and snaked our drain lines all the way through our basement from the ground floor kitchen on the floor above. The drain then flowed, although he thought the problem might return because of the complicated plumbing installed in our house many years earlier when the house was built. He was right. The lack of drainage returned by that evening. We called Bob the same day and he returned the next morning and snaked all of our lines again. That solved the problem. He did not charge us at ll for this repeat visit. Then we had him replace our kitchen faucet and our bathroom faucet. To snake our lines and clear our drainage problem, and to install both of our new faucets, he charged us only $150 for all of it. Compared to what we have paid other plumbers in the past, this is quite a bargain! We wholeheartedly recommend Bob, and we will certainly call upon his services in the future any time we need any plumbing work done.
